I've been to my fair share of weddings and parties, mostly as a guest, sometimes as a host and once as the groom. I started to realise the difference between a good evening and an amazing evening, comes down to the involvement of the Disco Host. The effort put into reading a room, adapting the playlist to suit the guests, connecting with the crowd and thoroughly enjoying their role in the event.
One of my biggest loves in life is music. I like to explore it, I like to research it, I like to ingest it in any way I can. This is a passion I believe I should be putting to good use, helping people create some awesome memories. I'm no new comer to the art of Disco Hosting, I've been using my talents in other ways up until now. Since my early 20's I have been involved in entertainment in some way, shape or form. The best experience I can share with you is the years I have spent working in various hotel entertainment teams on behalf of Thomson and First Choice. I have sung, I have danced, I have DJ'd. I have organised entire nights of entertainment to keep thousands of people captivated and happy, bringing them back time and time again. These are the skills that I wish to bring to the role of Disco Hosting. Keeping some classic elements, but helping your night stand apart. One of the biggest components of a wedding that often gets over looked and left to someone the bride and groom have had very little, if any contact with, is the reception disco. It has the biggest impact upon the evening and should be priority No. 1 when planning this part of your day. This is where I step in and help you to Reclaim Your Disco.
