Please be kind! Just think before you send a message, is there a need for nastiness?
I work 7 days a week and have done for 14 years, even missed our 14th Birthday for Exquisite on the 15th November 🎉
But I also have two children with epilepsy and our youngest it’s sadly looking like he may be diabetic. Between jobs today I’ve had to take our little 2 year old to have a Dexcom monitor attached to him to monitor his blood sugars. I’m drained emotionally and physically, feeling like the worst mum because I made these babies and they have all ended up with life changing complications!
I’ve still got round to all my customers and venues , this week is the elf arrivals so you all know how busy that is! Please be patient, I’m working as many hours as I possibly can, I was even back up working at 2am to ensure orders were ready for today.
No one will be missed, all elves will arrive (new and old 🥰) it’s secretly one of my favourite days!
I just thought if you know why messages are not replied to immediately, there is a reason.
