Not as pretty as flowers, but a really important milestone. Our tunnel is now irrigated by rainwater captured from its roof. The size of the roof means that 5mm of rain provides 1000 litres of water, capturing it means less mud and flooding across the site and using it reduces costs. (There will be a cost for the electricity to run the pump - solar panels are a thought for the future). Other future plans include more tanks so we can run irrigation for the whole site from rainwater.
