Merry Christmas from The Granary Team 🎄✨

We have had the best year, hosting many people and having a blast! Thankyou so much to all of our couples and guests for making this year great! 🫶🏻

The team are taking some well deserved time off over Christmas, however will be covering emails and enquiries so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need anything! We will also be able to assist any of you who are looking at venues for your special day!

We will be off from 24th and back in the office on 30th December, and also off on 1st January, with the full team back to normal from 2nd January!

We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to seeing you all in 2025! ❣️

CONFETTI🎉

Do we love it or do we hate it?

Here at the Granary, we love it! We think that it makes for perfect photo moment😍

All we ask is that all confetti used is biodegradable. That being said dried flower petals are a perfect option. 🌸

During peak season we may ask to limit the volume of confetti in order to keep the site perfect for every wedding.🫶

Let’s talk speeches🥂

Here are a few of our tips we have to help ace your speech:

- keep it short and sweet, we recommend no longer than 30 minutes for all speeches 🕰️

- 3 is the sweet spot, 3 speeches tends to be the perfect amount🎤

- practice makes perfect, the more you practice the more confident you will be 🗣️

- speak from the heart, a heartfelt speech will have everyone captivated 🥰

It’s our Open day this week!

Just a note for anyone attending our open day, we have been informed that the back roads into the Fawsley estate will be closed for maintenance work. There will only be access directly to The Granary from the main road A361.

We are so excited to meet everyone attending and seeing our booked couples as well, we can’t wait to hear all about your Wedding plans! 🥰

Exciting news! This Friday our Instagram is being taken over by who is going to have a good old rummage around The Granary and give you lots of information from a photographer’s point of view. Here’s a bit from Daniela…

Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself ahead of the Instagram takeover on Friday! I’m Daniela, Mother, Photographer, Romantic and Creative, the woman behind the camera. I love to explore, to tell stories of real couples celebrating their connection. I’m down to earth, navigating the muddy yet magical trenches of motherhood. I live in a quintessential English cottage with my partner Chris. He’s my soulmate and Noah is my playmate,making my life fun and frantic in equal measure. Weddings are my escape from reality into a whirlwind world of romance. I love the details, the first dance, the connection and that post-ceremony kiss but it’s the speeches that get me. We are a really feeling the love at the moment, incredible feedback from the wedding of J & D! 🙌

Me and my now husband booked this location for our wedding dated 10/08 and in all honesty it was perfect. The venue itself being nice and secluded but also easy to find, is also stunning, many of our guests complimented this as well. It is very picturesque and we cannot wait to see how this turns out in our wedding photos. Also being able to have our wedding outside and the venue being more than accommodating in this request really helped. The venue had a total of 10 rooms that including our own we let out to guests and all the guests said the rooms were perfect and cosy and everyone got a great nights sleep. Aside from the venue, the Granary staff have been amazing and on more than one occasion have gone above and beyond to help us with any questions, in particular I would like to highlight and praise Kaci who works at the Granary has been amazing from start to finish of helping us plan our wedding and putting us in touch with the relevant people we needed to in regards of any questions we had. All in all our experience has been perfect from start to finish and would recommend this location to anyone and everyone who was looking to book a wedding.

M & H Wedding day Review ✨

We got married at the granary in July 24. The granary was the perfect venue. From the moment we first went to vue the wedding venue we knew it was for us. ❤️

We loved the countryside setting and multiple ceremony options. The accommodation was modern and spacious and just what we needed for family and friends to stay on site. Having access to the venue and accommodation for 2 nights was a major bonus and made our wedding day less stressful.✨

Kaci looked after us from our first visit and she helped with all our planning/meetings/questions. Nothing was too much of an ask. We loved that Kaci and the team truly cared about us as a couple and took time to get to know us. On the day Kaci was on hand all day to help our wedding day run smoothly and allow us to enjoy the day. Unfortunately rain meant some last minute changes had to be made, Kaci dealt with this seamlessly. If you want your dog to be a part of your big day then the granary is the place to be. Our dog loved all the fuss and attention she received from the granary team!🐾

Our only reservation would be to check the British Grand Prix dates as our guests were unable to book at local hotels as they get block booked for the f1.
