🤩✨ 2024 🎇 - Almost there... almost ready to close the books...

Whilst January '24 felt like it was 6 months long, every month since has felt like a week! Right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

🙈 Hand on heart, we've no idea what the future brings - with budgets, politics and the government doing their thing.

💡 What we DO know.. is that it's been an incredible year for Shepherd Shack! 🎉 A few achievements that went under the radar - we doubled in size! We expanded into a second unit, grew to 3 production kitchens and a 'proper' office suite. We support more customers now than 12 months ago. Cover North Devon in a third delivery route. Launched our online shop, a LinkedIn page, grew our following on Facebook and now get introduced as Mr and Mrs Shepherd Shack!

🤫 We may have also won an award or two along the way... 🤭🏆🎖🥇🥇🥇🥇💚

Whilst yes, we acknowledge that we make INCREDIBLE food... you can't ignore the fact that it's the people who are in fact incredible.

🤩 Our staff being no. 1. They turn up and give their all to us, have faith in us to support them and their livelihoods. Blooming legends!
🤩 Our customers staff, who present and introduce our produce to their customers - their staff are our extended staff! And we love that!
🤩 It's the delivery drivers who suffer through the Westcountry seasonal traffic for us, the staff who place their orders with us, the businesses that trust us to supply a quality product and offer feedback and guidance when we seek it.
🤩 You guys - for enjoying our produce, for recommending us, representing us in a room we're not in, for being the community that has our back, as we have yours.

🎇 Small businesses are brilliant, and this is our Thank You to each and every one of you for supporting ours. We also let it slide... but we turned 5 this year! 🎂🍾 5 years of the craziest rollercoaster ride, but we're still here. 5 years in and still smiling, still growing, and still wanting to do our very best for those who've supported us and had faith in us.
