The latter pictures are taken from Deal foodbank’s warehouse, which I visited today, with a small example of things that you may find within your food parcel. I will be making some short videos, demonstrating how best to use some of these items to get the most from them without any boredom, and also involving the children.

My ‘mystery’ cake, a pear & vanilla custard tart, a slice of my lemon cake with cream, potatoes roasted & black pudding ready for a new special-Champy’s ADB (all day breakfast quiche) I’ll be looking for taste testers for it-a creamy egg & cheese filling, baked in with mushrooms, bubble n squeak, black pudding, tomato, beans & sausages! 😍🍳🧀🥔🍄🍅🥮

Flying pigs on the bubble, a sample of what I’ll be making and selling at be up coming charity table top fairs, burritos waiting to be wrapped. Stopped off for a slice of delicious lemon cake and a cuppa, then mushroom & courgette creamy pasta for tea and couldn’t resist popping another cake in. This one will be a twist on a Victoria sponge, with homemade buttercream, homemade strawberry jam and hand picked strawberries 😋

Despite a power cut from 23.30 until noon I managed to rustle up aubergine chutney, cider gammon and de bass in a toasted chunky veg sauce, pasta & herby salad.
Plus designed and ordered some business cards! 💚😊
