Here's a step-by-step guide to help you understand what to expect:

Booking an Appointment: To ensure personalised attention, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our consultants. This can be done online via the website.

Consultation and Dress Selection: During your appointment, our experienced staff will assist you in exploring various styles, colours, materials, necklines, trains, decorations for all sizes and budgets

Placing Your Order: Once you've chosen your dream dress, we'll proceed with placing the order. It's advisable to order your gown at least 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. (we do have rush cut options aswell) This timeframe accounts for production and shipping, ensuring your dress arrives with ample time for fittings and alterations.

Fittings and Alterations: After your gown arrives, we'll schedule fittings to tailor the dress to your exact measurements. Our in-house alteration service allows our team, with extensive experience in the bridal industry, to fit your gown. We recommend allowing at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding day for these fittings to ensure a perfect fit.

Final Preparations: As your wedding day approaches, we'll conduct a final fitting to confirm that every detail is perfect. We will steam your gown, ready for collection. We'll also assist you with selecting matching wedding accessories to complete your look
