Hello |

Thought it was time I re-introduced myself. This is one of the first things I look for and when working with new suppliers, so here goes....keeping it short, because whilst my biz is me, I'm here for my couples and clients and helping their dreams become a reality.

Bobbi Wren Events is halfway through its 5th year, and we're here for the texture, raw and stylised luxe quality, drapery galore, and our niche is a modern take on bohemian spirited design. We focus on full venue styling design, alongside independent freelance styling remits.

Instead of "about me," I'm sharing just a few kind words from 2024.

Abundant modern boho luxe |

It was incredibly cathartic bringing this vision to life and being able to inspire others.

Last weekend was
Showcase and we went to town in the sties. Complimenting this gorgeous space and softening the natural raw brick and stone with soft drapery in a multitude of textures and ivory and mocha blends, and abundant blooms, for a sensational and romantic atmosphere.

These have to be a favourite of mine to style and designs forever play in my brain space.

Thankyou for having me last week for your boutique shoot, where I got to play with two large-scale backdrop drapery designs and some romantic boho styling.

Along with gorgeous flowers, , who i was so chuffed, managed to source these gorgeous toffee roses on the run up to one of her busiest weeks.

Did you know I also offer a design & styling service for not just my lovely couples but also for studios, scene sets & advice for venues?

Have some gorgeous conceptual work on the go right now, and it's keeping my brain in a state of play, which is the best way for me to keep being creative.

I love bringing together visual briefs and have built up over the years a huge portfolio of inspo, experience of what's logistically possible, as well as what will actually work and what will invoke all the best emotions.

So, yes I am still small fry, but remember working in coop in my teens watching the window dressers in awe and thinking "I wish I could do that", gosh if I could only go back and tell my 18 year old self I would have these opportunities. It's been a pinch myself kind of week.

Oh, Lola & Alex | Bohemia

The first sneak peeks have arrived from our gorgeous couple of their stunning summer celebrations last year.

When Lola first contacted me, we hit it off right away, and she's now stuck with me 🤘

Being an event organiser, Lola really planned the most awesome experience, and we were truly looked after over the several days we were there styling her riverside ceremony and open sailcloth tent (more coming soon). The weather was just perfect, and their families were incredibly awesome. We were invited to witness their ceremony whilst Lola walked down her rug aisle accompanied by her lovely Dad to a live violinist (this just hits all the right emotions right).

This was the most organic bohemian wedding we styled last year, combining natural textures and dried florals with a deep burnt orange base pallette.

Amongst a huge, sweaty, and pampas covered styling remit, we had the best time, and it has forever stamped the best feeling in our hearts.

Detailed design |

I have a few styled shoots | venue open days coming up, which means I get to be gloriously creative with my fellow supplier friends.

When we get these opportunities, we go above and beyond, but also know we will style what is possible for our couples.

It doesn't mean you have to have a huge styled celebration for it to feel styled. These events are for you to be inspired and take in all the details, feel, touch, visualise all the possibilities, and arrange a chat to talk through your ideas with us, because we will have plenty.

GENTLE| Stepping gently into 25

I am ready for everything gorgeously boho luxe continuing into this year, but also stepping gently into 25.

Honouring my feelings with gratitude, with a reminder that not everything needs to be new because it’s a new year and that everything I’ve built so far, I am so proud of, with 2024 being a hugely successful year of weddings for me.

I’m a big believer that we receive the energy we put out, and 24 was lush, so manifesting this to continue into 25, whilst finding a balance, amongst what is often absolute craziness. With this in mind, I am still taking time to honour my feelings as I slowly come out of hibernation mode.

Creativeness isn’t a constant flow throughout the whole year. I need time to sit, ponder, and let ideas form until they feel just right, and taking time to let my creative soul grow feels good for me. This means my couples get my very best because I give my couples all of me every time, and each couple and event deserve a beautiful design.

I cover less weddings than a lot of stylists because its’s me, for everything, but give so much into them and have lots of lovely plans in the making, and my couples know they can contact me any time, and I stay in contact from day one and often beyond, which I am truly grateful for, with an understanding between us that life outside of wedding plans also happens around us all.

Focusing on some lovely events that fill up the start of this year and still taking bookings for 2025 with 2026 already filling up, so now is the time to get in touch with me to check for availability.

Heading into 2025 with many positive changes and a really exciting start for some gorgeous boho luxe styled events.

This years weddings have been truly wonderful, and amongst the organised chaos, we have so many amazing memories that have helped me and my business thrive this year. I'm truly grateful for the most beautiful, heartfelt, and gorgeously funniest moments, too.

My biz this year has given me the best feelings I didn't know I needed, and I'm manifesting for 2025 to be even more so.

Having my sidekick Izzy has been a dream and for all of you that have already met her, know that she's also coming into next year alongside me.

I wish you all a sparkly and love filled Christmas and New year, and a warm glow in your hearts, with special thoughts to those who find this time of year especially tough, with often unseen challenges, changes and hardship becoming all too prevelent, whilst everyone around them seemingly celebrates. But there is also much to be grateful for. We're supposed to grow after all.

I understand that at the start of your planning, everything can feel overwhelming. That's why I am available from the very start and support you through the whole process, liaising with and often arranging other suppliers (namely florist and stationery) so a whole feel comes together for you.

Mocha Mousse | Thoughts
I'm not really one to follow trends...
But the new Mocha Mousse is divine, and to be honest, weaves its way into a lot of my designs. It's boho at its finest. Such a calming and timeless tone, which can be styled as the main feature or to compliment.
Here, we styled a relaxed, cosy yet boho luxe feel with pops of ivory to bring out the various tones to compliment a mocha pallette.

Collaboration | Insta hack . A gift to my supplier friends this December. . My instagram is organic, but being a small business owner and advertising through Instagram is essential, so we have to know how to use this to our advantage. . After receiving a message last week on a carousel post from a supplier friend I didn't collaborate with (because my imposter syndrome said they wouldn't want to...we all feel this at times and thankyou @helenrosephoto for asking) I found , after several failed attempts, that I could go back and add them. . Here's how: . •Go to your post and "edit" •Edit your tags (remove the tag you now wish to collaborate with) •Add collaborator @... Here's the trick... •Add a new hashtag at the bottom This should enable the blue tick to post to work and voila . Let me know if this works for you. . Collaboration posts are a lovely way to share our work that we have created together as a team, and I always like to shout about everyone who has brought together a look and feel. I went for a modern boho luxe elegance, with natural textures to compliment the venues bare brick and limewashed walls and exposed beams with bigger pieves to male a statement within this beautiful venue...and a fitting quote! . The biggest thanks to Izzy for styling our whole area today whilst I was styling a wedding! So proud of her and the growth she's made as my wing person here @bobbiwrenevents ...and it's her Birthday tomorrow! . B A C K to business.... . Feels like we haven't seen each other in a while after a little end of August break from styling. . There was no time for a BobbiWren aisle walk today as we were on full focus mode for Charlotte and Matts venue styling today, along with Meg @newportandsage and with @everlastingbunch stunning creations. .
