My aim is to create boxes of themed party decorations for you to use to decorate your children's party space. Let me provide the decorations for you to save you time searching the internet, spreading lots of money and trying to sell them on afterwards. All you need to do it collect the box, decorate the party, pop the decorations in the box after and deliver the box back to me.... I will even wash
up the dirty plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and wash the napkins! Decorations are either bought externally or made by myself. Each piece I source, I do so from a UK or EU provider. By using my themed party boxes, you can be sure that you are doing your bit for the environment; the boxes are zero waste, all items will be used again and again, lessening landfill waste. Wowsers, life is so busy, let alone when it gets to planning parties for your kiddies! I've been there, in fact I am still there!
I wanted to put my love of decorating parties to good use for you and the environment!
How can I help you? I put together boxes of themed party decorations for you to decorate your party venue... Whether that be at home or at a party venue. The party decorations come in one medium sized box (unless you're having a backdrop and cardboard cut out) all clean and ready for you to use. You simply set up, party and pack it away; I'll clean it all up and get it ready for the next person.
How do I try to help the environment? All the decorations are zero waste!! You read it right! Absolutely NOTHING goes in the bin!! Insane, right!!!
So stop buying paper and cardboard bits from the shop and see if I can help you with fun and eye catching party decorations for your little one's party.

What a beautiful set up for the birthday girls, Darcie and Katy yesterday.
Not only am I thankful for people choosing me to provide the decorations for their parties, I also love seeing the party pictures and the different set ups people come up with using the same decorative items. ❤️ What a great job the mummies have done here, at .workhouse.gym

Daisy and I went on a set up this morning. Daisy was an absolute gem with helping me set up 🩷
Hopefully Ruby had a ball at her Princess party 👑🩷. Thank you to her Mummy for trusting me and my decorations 🩷
A set up isn't something I usually offer but I will look into it, as a few people have mentioned this recently. 🧹

Party planning can be quite a hurdle, especially when your child has just started school and wants to invite the whole class!
✨👑My customer chose the perfect package for her little girl, making the party a predominant Princess themed party but also used the Superhero box to include those party goers who might not be so keen on tiaras and sparkles. 👑✨

✨ I wouldn't be surprised to learn that most businesses started off because that person needed an object, facility or set up that they couldn't find when searching for it.✨
💗 That's how this idea came to me. I would have loved to hire all the decorations I needed (minus balloons) to set up a really cute party space. 💗
🌼 Years later I decided to just go for it! So here I am! 🌼

I think I have mentioned it before, a Facebook business account is much harder to navigate around than a personal account, it's not easy to create albums and store photos like I do on Instagram.
It is on my TO DO list to learn the ins and outs so you can assess my content in a similar format to my Instagram followers.

Daisy Oliver Decorations is run by myself (Jo), from my home in Castle Donington. My aim is to create boxes of themed party decorations for you to use to decorate your party space.
Children's party themes change all the time! Let me provide the decorations for you to save you searching the internet! All you need to do is collect the box, decorate the party, pop them decorations in the box after and deliver the box back to me.... I will even wash up the dirty plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and wash the napkins!
Some decorations are bought externally and some I make myself. Each piece I source, I do so from a provider that takes time to give back to the environment. By using my themed party boxes, you can be sure that you are doing your bit for the environment too, as all items will be used again and again, lessening landfill waste.
Each box is packed for a party of 12 and priced at £50, any additional numbers to the party will be priced at £1.50pp.
As standard, the following items come in the box,
*Wipeable table cloths
*Placemats, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery
*Table decorations
*Cloth napkins
*Cake stand
*Backdrop and backdrop stand
*Table top number light
*Happy birthday bunting
*Additional birthday bunting
***Some boxes also have a table skirt for the cake/present table and cardboard cut outs - please note that not all do, so to avoid disappointment, please ask.

A busy research morning for me today.
I've put some prices together for you that I think you would all probably consider when planning a party. We all have to sit down and look at costs and what we want to spend and where.
I have used the princess themed party box, which you can currently hire for £30 *book in Sept, party doesn't have to be in Sept*.
If you wanted to create a set up similar to mine, you're looking at approx. £215.94 for purchases, you'll also need to factor in time for personal touches.
To buy a 'paper and plastic' shop bought party (as well as your time and research), you're looking at spending around £62.99 for the basics (table cloth, plates, cups, bowls, birthday banner, plastic cutlery, paper napkins, paper centre pieces), some of which could be popped into your recycling bin afterwards, but a lot of it would be thrown into the bin and into landfill. We all know how busy parties get and how it's much easier to walk around with a bin bag to tidy up!

I think what we sometimes forget, especially when we buy bits and bobs for the party separately, is that it soon mounts up and costs a fortune! To keep the costs down and to ensure I try to keep my prices affordable for my customers, I don't yet offer a set up service. My boxes are collection only and self set up. I am working on content to support you with set up but the question people tend to ask me is .. 'will I be able to set the decorations up myself?' Absolutely!!! Instructions are included with anything tricky, like the backdrop stand and the rest can be set up however you like! You can use the pictures I post for inspiration or Pinterest for some more ideas! If you can, I recommend you set up what you can the night before, I appreciate this might only be possible if you are having a party at home; or at least an hour (preferably more) before a party at a venue.
