Today we were asked to provide a vegetarian 1970’s themed buffet, can you remember some of those items?
This menu also had sandwiches with classic 70’s fillings, and of course presented on doilies
Not sure the sausage rolls were home made back in the day, and if you were posh you definitely had Prawn Marie Rose in your vol au vents 👌

It was a freezing 6am start for us this morning as we headed over to Wirksworth Farmers' Market for our annual January market.
Around 50 stalls from independent & small businesses getting together for a great event, all coordinated & managed by our good friend Adrian Rose from Azorieblue
This event takes place throughout the year, on the first Saturday of every month.

Our kitchens are back open today, starting off with a private buffet booking for a local church hall, then it’s all prep for Wirksworth Monthly Market this Saturday.
