We are now using our own Red Tractor assured homegrown Lamb and Beef. As always a lot of our produce is locally sourced

At long last things are starting to look up. After this time off we have been working on new ideas, new menus and sourcing more local produce. Busy week for the start of the festive season. First Christmas dinner of many. A surprise wedding party using our own roast beef. A lovely Sunday afternoon dinner party for a lovely group of ladies and homemade cottage pie using our own beef and locally sourced vegetables for chef Paul Ainsworth 😀😀

Its been all about sharing and enjoying food this weekend. Canapes for a sophisticated hen party on Saturday night and a uni reunion last night. Sharing platers of delicious meat and cheese followed by tender beef Wellington, using meat from our home reared cattle. You can't get any more local than this
