Just a quick update as we know some of you have been waiting on refunds for party deposits - we do apologise for the delay in these, we had hoped to have all these sorted by now, but for reasons beyond our control, this process has been delayed and we are working on rectifying it as soon as we can.
We have tried to get back to customers who have messaged us to explain the situation and apologise if we haven’t got back to you yet.
Party deposits are our priority, but if we can refund any vouchers purchased after party deposits have been dealt with, we will in due course. Please appreciate that we are no longer trading as a result of increased financial strains on the business during very difficult economic times. A situation we had not envisaged and we are doing all that we can to appease as many customers as we can, but we are having to source and raise the funds required to provide these unexpected refund requests. We are doing the best that we can to do this.
