Can you help? We are looking to borrow a scaffold tower so we can install our bespoke chandelier, created for the town by local artist Andrew Stott. It will be brightening up the The Shambles Devizes until February next year. Unfortunately the one we had promised is now not available.
We'd need it on Tuesday 10th at 5pm, to be collected at 8 pm or the following morning. If you can help please email [email protected]

Thanks so much, the DOCA team

Delighted to be able to share some pictures of the fantastic wreaths made during Nancy Rose Stott's workshop on Saturday. They were made from repurposed plastics combined with beautiful beads and sequins from Nancy's amazing collection.

"Some lovely wreaths made and wonderful buzz of creativity enjoyed!" - Nancy Rose Stott, workshop leader.

It was wonderful to see so many beautifully made lanterns and happy faces amongst the exciting artistic installations and markets this weekend. Devizes Town Council and DOCA enjoyed working together to bring the Winter Festival to Devizes as a partnership event. It was a fantastic example of our community coming together in a shared celebration.

We would, however, like to acknowledge that the lightshow element of the finale was disappointing for some people, including ourselves. It did not work out as we hoped, not least as we intended for it to be visible throughout the Market Place. This is something we be looking to improve on for next year, but we would also welcome your feedback on other elements so have put together this feedback form, this includes evaluation which is important to help us secure funding for future events. https://forms.gle/cpiot9pUhztYN7MJA

We are thankful that this year's event was made possible through funding obtained from ACE. We also appreciate everyone who has dedicated their time to support us, both in their comments and volunteer efforts.
