On Saturday, I attended the Didcot Events Craft Fair and presented the cup and shield to the best presented stall.

It was a very difficult choice as there were many good stalls and products.

Milton Hill Christmas Market

Join us on Sunday, November 24th for our very first Christmas Market, sponsored by Didcot Events, at Milton Hill House.
11am-4pm.

There will be lots to see and do at this festive event at the stunning setting of Milton Hill House - and all indoors, so come rain or shine, you'll be guaranteed to be nice and dry, with no worries about the weather.
With almost 40 stalls ranging from gifts and crafters to charities and community groups, a chance for you to browse for unique and great Christmas presents, and to support many independent traders.

We will have a charity tombola and we will be selling tickets for our Christmas Mega Raffle.
You'll find us in the Lilac room with Abingdon Lions where you'll be able see Santa and, for a donation to our charity, meet and greet the big bearded man and receive a small gift for your child. Santa will receive at 11am in his sleigh.
With us and Santa you'll also find Emma's Glitter Tattoos.

There will be fun and entertainment with Twistopher the amazing balloon modelling man. There'll be performances from some local choirs and dance troupes including Vocalize Choir, CANStudios Dance and Fitness and O’Gara School of Irish Dance.

There will be food and drink available to purchase from the bar area.

Just £1.50 entry
(through the leisure entrance) per adult to our charity. Children go free with an accompanying adult.

Mark Sunday, November 24th in your planners and come and support a fantastic local charity whilst getting into the festivities and Christmas spirit. With thanks to Signs Express Oxford for our signs and banners.

27th Didcot Christmas Street Fair

Didcot Christmas Street Fair will celebrate its 27th event this year . It started in 1994 as a sub committee of Didcot Chamber of Commerce. The organising committee are all volunteers from the community, supported by professional security, funfair, electrical and safety people. In 2016 The Committee became a Community Interest Company under Didcot Events which also organise Didcot Food Festival and Didcot Craft and Gift Festival. These events as well as sponsors pay for Didcot Christmas Street Fair.

Its a great annual event for the Community of Didcot and surrounding villages. Shopping, local community stalls, funfair, live stage, a grand parade lead by Reading Scottish Pipe Band, Father Christmas at The Methodist Hall, Street Food, and Entertainments. The theme this year is Christmas in Song

There are sponsorship opportunities for all our events. Contact Jeanette Howse for more details [email protected] 0777 1967633
