With effect from 17th February the car parking at Diss Business Park will be controlled by NPC.

PERMIT HOLDERS
All cars parked in allocated spaces directly outside the units will need to display a car parking permit for their designated space only. Overflow car parking is provided for permit holders in the yellow and green highlighted car parks. High sided vehicles can park in the area highlighted in blue.

VISITOR PARKING
Visitors must park in either the yellow or green highlighted car parks. High sided vehicles may park in the area highlighted in blue. Visitors will need to register their vehicle at the reception of the business they are visiting and use visitors permits provided by that business.

As you may have seen, additional parking will be coming available very soon to ensure there is plenty of space. NPC also monitor any inconsiderate parking such as blocking in other cars, parking on double yellows or leaving too much space between parking.

Please note there will be a £100 fine for anyone who does not follow these rules. Any disputes will need to be raised directly with NPC as we have no control over the issuing of tickets for unauthorised vehicles.

We have appointed NCP to manage our car park at Diss Business Hub, which will become effective in the next few weeks.

As a reminder to all our tenants and visitors, Diss Business Hub parking is permitted in any DBH space on the front forecourt or in either of the gravel overflow car parks.

Tenants will be provided with parking permits and visitors will need to register their vehicle upon arrival to avoid receiving a ticket.

Due to increases in our overheads over the past 2 years, we have had to increase our room hire rates as follows:

Boardroom / Horse Shoe / Casino / Theatre
£345 full day hire / £200 half day

RPD Boardroom
£45 per hour

Small Meeting Room 12 – minimum of 2 hours
£30 per hour

Small Meeting Room 6 – minimum of 2 hours
£12 per hour

Room hire still includes refreshments, free wi-fi, pads, pens, flip chart, large format screens and free onsite car parking.

Our Casino meeting room has had a refurbishment following feedback from our customers.

We have installed an additional 2 large format screens and replaced the tables for ones with wheels which make layout adjustments much easier.
