Introducing artist #5! One of our Co owners & resident DJ, MAC VARLEY!

Born and bred in Doncaster, Mac has had a passion for music since a young age, but pursuing his interest in DJing is something that’s developed in the last 3 years.

Having played in multiple venues across Doncaster and also other cities in the region, the aspiring producer is now working on his own sounds! Expect snappy drums and heavy bass lines throughout his set, one not to be missed. 🎶

Kicking the artist introductions out thick and fast, we introduce artist #4, PROJECT 2!

Doncaster born and Leeds based DJ Project 2, is coming off a string of sets across the country. Recently playing in the underground and being a resident & Co owner of .official, he certainly knows his way around the wheels. 🎧

Having previously competed at world level in Jet Skiing, Project 2 has switched to the nightlife and his passion for music, after a life changing accident put him on a different path.

Expect a combination of deep minimal, house and garage to truly set the tone for his hometown debut and we’re delighted to have him involved! 🏠

Reece Not Reese is a Doncaster based DJ & producer, with music running in the family, there’s no surprise to see this young talent catching attention across the city. 🌆

Holding a weekly residency at , Reece Not Reese is known to keep the crowd pumping with his energetic style and well curated music selection. 🎵

As we approach our first event of the year, we’re delighted to firstly introduce JENSON CHRISTIE!

Doncaster born DJ Jenson Christie has gained a lot of attention within the local scene, delivering high energy sets across local venues and previously setting TheBassment alight.

From a young age Jenson has had a passion for drumming, however, over the last 4 years he’s switched from drums to decks to pursue his interests in blends and transitions.

Being influenced by a mixture of genres, ranging from Rock, Techno and Indie, expect some deep techno and funky disco sounds. We can’t wait to bring Jenson back down in TheBassment for our first event of the year!

Break out the red panties baby because we’re back💃 🪩🕺

Hosting our events at is something we take great pride in. An intimate space that creates the feel good energy every event needs! So on the 1st of March, we’re back for our first event of the year, with many more planned in the basement 🏠

KEY CHANGE 🔑

All of our events moving forward will be FREE ENTRY. We’re fortunate enough to have no costs to host this event and we’re in this for the love of music, plain and simple.

LINE UP ⬆️

We love working with local up and coming artists, so we’ll be using this platform to allow them to showcase their talent and passion for music. If you’re interested in being involved in a future event, get in touch with us 📞

This events line up is a full house of Doncaster based artists, more information about them will be released in the coming weeks!

MUSIC POLICY 🎵

TheBassmentEvents music policy will be going back to our original style. Underground house, tech and garage. So expect some heavy dubs you won’t find anywhere else in Doncaster’s nightlife.
