The club was founded in 1962 by members of Wheatley Hills School on the east side of Doncaster.

Although the club is still relatively young, it has progressed, significantly, from its early days as an "Old Boy's" side winning cup & league honours.

This Saturday, your club needs you 🫵🏻 Come and be the 16th man as we entertain Halifax RUFC in a promotion chasing game 🙌🏻 Help cheer the boys over the line and enjoy a beer or 5🍻

John was a much loved rugby coach for the juniors who dedicated his spare time outside of his work on the railways to develop young players. Some still playing senior level for the club and others who have enjoyed playing elsewhere. John sadly passed away aged 73 peacefully on the 19th December at home with his wife, Jenny after a battle with cancer. The interclub game on the 27th will be played in memory of John, with a minutes silence before the game. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
