The NHS Health Check is a free check-up of your overall health. LiveWell Dorset is supporting local GPs and pharmacies to deliver these checks with a new mobile community service targeting people who are most at risk of developing health conditions.

LiveWell Dorset will be delivering free NHS health checks at Charminster Community Hall in the small meeting room on Tuesday 16th September from 8am until 2pm. If you've already been invited for an NHS Health Check by your GP or pharmacy, please do take up the offer and book your appointment with them.

An NHS health check is a free checkup on your cardiovascular health and can spot early signs of diabetes, heart disease or stroke.

If you are aged 40-74, do not have an existing cardiovascular condition, and have not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years- you could be eligible for a health check with LiveWell Dorset . Check your eligibility and book your slot here:
