It's been a crazy year. As always, lots of ups and a few downs.
However, couldn't have done it without all the amazing customers both new, regular and old.
Also, a special thanks to the staff that have supported me this year. Couldn't have done it without you.

Last night I was cooking for a family in a rental property in Burton Bradstock. Turns out that they were staying in the first property that I ever cooked a dinner party at. Just under 8 1/2 years ago. Really nostalgic to be back in the place where it all first started

Anyone interested in working on Thursday 10th October. Between 1.30pm and 5.30pm near Dorchester. Pay will be £13.50/hour. Transport paid. Food given (3 courses if you can handle it). If you have black bottoms, a shirt and apron are provided. All you need to do is carry some plates (out with food/back when empty). This is a one off and you wont be committed to having to work anymore dates.

Thursday 10th October - 2pm to 7pm (Minterne)
£13/hour over 18, £10/hour 16-18years (No 15 and under sadly)
Last few of the season. Just bigger than I expected so need more than normal

**Sound required for full effect** I love to make and churn my own Ice Creams. There's something extremely fulfilling about creating different flavours and seeing it start to finish..... But!!!! My gosh, this noise is relentless. Even my wife refuses to be in the house when I do it!

To avoid anyone voting after the letter came out, I recorded this at around 7.10pm. The letter pulled out was R. I had to write it back to front when I realised it was wrong way round and my wife said it looked like a 12!!! Evidence of the pre cut sheet as well. Ingredient list and potential menu coming later. Final draw at 6pm tomorrow
