Come and join us for a festive wreath making session at Baccello in Christchurch on Sunday 1st December 2024 12-3pm. You will get to create a luxury fresh sustainable foliage wreath using lots of delicious seasonal materials that will look incredible on your front door. You will be guided through each step of the wreath making process and come away with a wreath you’ll be proud of! Included in the workshop are Baccello’s delicious charcuterie boards (one large board between two people) and a glass of mulled wine or Prosecco each. Contact Laura on [email protected] to book. Looking back at last week’s wedding at The Domus at Beaulieu. A very atmospheric and old building dating back to the 13th century I believe. Becca and Sam asked me to create an autumnal vibe with touches of blue. I loved making their flowers which we used in the ceremony first and then in the wedding breakfast.

This morning I had the pleasure of attending a talk about British Flowers. The flowers were all from local flower farms and a lovely selection of mixed flowers available for us to see and all great quality. We must be mindful about sustainability and the environment and the hub that’s being set up is a great step in the right direction. Thank you

Early morning watering and harvesting from my veggie patch this morning. I picked so many tomatoes, courgettes and aubergines so I’m batch cooking roast vegetable sauce to pop in the freezer and enjoy in the coming months.

I have had an influx of enquiries asking about autumn colours….it must be this weather! I’ve blinked and the summer holidays are almost over. Can we have some more sunshine though now please? I’m not quite ready for wellies and waterproofs again just yet. This was one of my gorgeous couples last year

Meadows are a great floral option for a wedding as they give impact and can be easily moved around your venue, giving value for money. These were used in the ceremony first, then the drinks reception and then moved to the entrance to wedding breakfast.
