At Merlins we are all about the details, we have already gained accolade and a reputation for the highest standards of cuisine and service. Our range of inspirational menus using only the finest ingredients are brought to you by hand selecting our suppliers. We work closely with Oakley Butchers in Merley who supply all our free-range meat that has been locally sourced, 'Red Devon Herd beef, Canfor

d Magna lamb and Dorset pork' to name but a few. As well as catering for private and large-scale corporate events and functions we are also a highly experienced wedding marquee caterer and have experience working with local prestigious venues such as Highcliffe castle, Lulworth Castle, Sopley Mill, Russell-Cotes, Harry Warren House, Lighthouse Poole, O2 Acadamy Bournemouth, as well as private marquees and functions. Merlins are also resident caterers at the stunning Parley Manor in Christchurch.
