The Old Kent Barn is an exclusive 5 star venue set in beautifully landscaped grounds. Spring & Summer wedding ceremonies are held outdoors in a beautiful gazebo with seating capacity for up to 150 guests. Our new oak framed barn is licensed for ceremonies all year round for 150 people. Wedding receptions are held in a stylish and contemporary oak framed barn which holds up to 150 guests for the wedding breakfast & 250 in the evening.

High Five 🙌🏼

It’s official! We’ve upgraded from 3 on-site rooms to 5!

There’s now 2 additional double en-suite rooms for your family & friends to rest their heads after the best day ever!

The luxury boutique rooms are located within the ground floor of the historic Old Barn, set in peaceful Kent countryside.

Each room has it’s own unique modern identity with luxury furnishing & finishes. Exposed traditional beams & farmhouse doors completes a countryside-meets-contemporary vibe.

With additional upgrade options for extra beds, we can accommodate in total 16 guests across 5 rooms.

A freshly prepared breakfast awaits guests the following morning, hosted in the Old Barn’s breakfast room with views of the garden for up to 16 guests.

We’ve been thrilled with the fantastic feedback - we’re looking forward to more guest stay experiences for your family & friends

J's Perfections Weddings and Occasions created a fresh new design, pairing monochrome & apricots, the inspired styling featuring layers of details & design & fresh florals. The look enhanced with a new style draping debut by Styled to Remember
