Mental health is often a silent battle, where the deepest scars are unseen, and the bravest faces hide tears behind smiles, reminding us that sometimes the strongest among us are fighting the hardest fights in solitude.
The Weight of Shadows
In shadows deep, the mind can stray,
A labyrinth of thoughts that twist and turn,
Where hope feels lost, like night to day,
And every flicker of light must burn.
The weight of silence, heavy as stone,
The battles rage, unseen, unheard,
Where whispers of doubt can chill to the bone,
In whispers soft, the pain is stirred.
Each thought a wave, a tide that pulls,
A storm within, a restless sea,
Where hope can flicker, but darkness dulls,
And courage wanes, yet longs to be free.
Yet in the depths, a spark may glow,
A flicker of strength, a chance to rise,
With every step, we learn and grow,
In shared stories, we find the ties.
So let us speak, let voices blend,
In unity, we heal the scars,
For in our truth, we can transcend,
And light the way like shining stars.
