I forgot to post these after my visit to Riverhead Hall Care Home last week. It’s always a pleasure to visit the residents and have a natter over some fun crafts! This session saw us making autumn wreaths from paper leaves and flowers! They looked super when finished and I think they’ll look lovely hanging up at the hall! Great work from my create Clubbers at Driffield Junior School and Driffield Northfield Infant School this week! This week we looked at imagining characters and created our own sock puppet characters! We had so many different creatures made, octopus, axolotl, dragons, unicorns and more. The children used wool, felt and other collage materials to add the details to their creatures before making them a home to live in! We had some super creations made and lots of imagination used! What a great start to the week at Driffield CE Infant School yesterday! The children thought about imaginary characters and what their imaginary character would look like. We used socks to create our own sock puppets of our characters, adding googly eyes, woolly hair, teeth, wings and more! We had some super ideas and it’s great to see the imagination used to create these fab creations. What a lovely morning I had helping Ebony and her guests celebrate her 4th birthday! Ebony had a mermaid themed party so we had fun decorating paper mache trinket boxes with bright colours and sparkles and then we made some super cute wooden spoon mermaids to play with at home. I was so impressed with them all.
