Hi I'm Kirsty and I run the Creation Station Driffield and surrounding areas. I provide great Art an Sessions are suitable for 18 months to 11 years.

Our sessions range from 5 to 11 years through a range of different classes and clubs your child can attend. Baby Discover classes are for 5 to 15 months and give parents and babies a chance to discover the world together through sensory play. Little Explorers for 15 months to 5 years allows your little ones to explore and discover a range of themes through fun, sensory and creative activities. Fam

ily Fun sessions run during the holidays and allow you to enjoy and experience creative activities with your children. Create Club offers after school sessions, Saturday clubs and Holiday Provision for 5 to 11 years. Arty Parties cater for boys and girls from age 1 to 11 years and we can cater your party to suit your child and budget.

It’s a Creation Station Arty Party Day! I can’t wait to help Olivia and her guests celebrate her birthday with an awesome Arty Party today! We’ll be decorating wooden treasure chests, making super slime and beading key rings! So much fun to be had!

Still time to book our embossed foil art workshop next Thursday at The Butchers Dog! We'll be learning to emboss foil with your own designs, and painting in acrylics to your own taste. Each customer will be given a box frame to display their work too.

What a great idea! 👍

It’s 2024, the cost of living is so high people are struggling daily to get by.
Children are skipping meals, because there’s nothing in the cupboards. Parents are sacrificing putting the heating on, so they don’t have to skip a meal. Teachers are providing breakfast to children, just to keep them going til lunch.

So we had an idea. Original keys Holiday breakfasts club.
We want to do our bit. So in the school holidays (21st of December, until the 3rd of jan) between 10 and 11, we’re offering free cereal bars, juice and fruit to children. We know how hard times are, and we want to help in any way we can. 🍇 🥣 🧃

We have a clean, warm environment, you and your little ones can feel safe in.

We have started stocking up, but any donations of juice and cereal bars we would appreciate, if anyone is in a position to do so.

No one deserves to go cold or hungry. Together, let’s do our bit.

Christmas is just around the corner, but don't worry, we've got entertaining the kids covered!
We have 2 fun filled days planned, full of amazing quality crafts, games, play and more!
Days can be booked separately or you can book both!
Suitable for children 5 to 11 years.
If you receive benefit related free school meals, we have funded places through East Riding Council and the HAF scheme. These place will include a lunch.

Our final create club of the term was of course as promised a super slimy session! The children love to make slime, so I treated them to a super slime session to end the term. I loved how some made Christmas slime, adding glitters and small sequins to make it sparkle, whilst others enjoyed keeping their slime simple so it was best for blowing bubbles, flipping and stretching! Great to see all the kids have so much fun in our final week before Christmas. Another lovely evening at our Creative Crafters The Butchers Dog this month. The lovely ladies who joined me created their own embossed foil art and used metallic acrylic paint to give them sparkle and shine! I loved the different designs created, some ladies going for floral designs and others going Christmas themed! Each of them absolutely stunning! And yet again another evening of good fun, laughs, chatter and some relaxation! Thank you Nat, for allowing me to host in your Vintage Snug, and to the ladies who joined me! The children at Driffield CE Infant School continued their Christmas crafting yesterday making decorations for their trees and pictures for Santa! We had angels, Santa Gonks and some fabulous pictures of Santa and his reindeer and Christmas trees created! Well done everyone! #thecreationstation #Christmas #crafts #decorations #fun #driffield

This week our Create Club saw us looking out our Out of This World Theme for the final time this term, before we start our Christmas Crafts next week! This we I gave the children a choice of making a moving picture of a landscape we have looked at which included a creature that moved along the scene when we pulled the string! We had dragons flying, mermaids swimming, unicorns and much more! We had some great ideas! Other children chose to make a creature flip book, drawing out 3 or 4 different weird and wonderful creatures before cutting the pages in 3 so they could flip and change the combinations of their creatures! Again some super ideas and fantastic work!
