And then we did it all over again!
Another great Christmas Party Night for 250 guests

We served sharing plates of homemade Hummus, Chicken liver pâté, baked Camembert, cranberry sauce and a selection of breads

Main course was a carvery buffet of traditional roast turkey crowns, sage and onion stuffing and pigs in blankets, with roasted and boiled potatoes and a selection of vegetables

If you had room, then dessert was sticky toffee pudding and cream with tea or coffee

Guests shared starter platters of Smoked Mackerel Pate, Chicken Liver Pâté and baked Camembert with warm sourdough breads

For main course we served Roasted Sirloin of Beef, carved at the table with a selection of salads

Well that was a very hot and busy day!!
Thoroughly enjoyed cooking at the Driffield Show …….

Stewards and judges (all 270 of them) had a choice of either Steak and Ale pie, chicken and leek pie or mushroom and lentil pie, followed by chocolate brownies and cream or banoffee pie

Whilst the president and his guests enjoyed a prawn and melon cocktail, stuffed chicken and an Assiette of dessert
