A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM
Emma + Robbie’s wedding was nothing short of iconic. Let’s talk about a day that started with a RUN. Yep, these two legends laced up their trainers and hit the streets of Oxford together before heading back to the Randolph Hotel to get wedding-day ready. Casual goals, right?
Robbie, suit on and nerves in check, joined his mates for a pre-ceremony pint in The Snug (because beer > butterflies). Meanwhile, Emma was having her Cinderella moment in a suite overlooking the city as the sun dipped below the skyline. The vibe? Total anticipation.
When the time came, Emma descended the grand staircase of the Ashmolean Museum like an absolute queen, walking into Robbie’s grin that could’ve lit up the whole room. Louise Gather led a heartfelt ceremony filled with stories, readings, and a surprise performance from their West End pal. Vows made, rings exchanged, and priceless art casually hanging out in the background—it was everything.
Then came my favourite part. Portraits. We tore through the museum like kids let loose in a sweet shop—silly moments, stolen kisses, and some light art appreciation (read: we made it fun, not stuffy). Downstairs, the guests were sipping drinks, surrounded by plants, statues, and that perfect moody lighting. Dinner followed with speeches from the couple that had everyone laughing and tearing up in equal measure.
Oh, and let’s not forget Emma’s outfit change. She swapped her gown for a short, sparkly number that screamed, “Let’s party,” and we hit the museum one last time for a few more shots before they strutted onto the dance floor. First dance? Nailed it. And then they kept dancing as I left them surrounded by love, laughter, and one hell of a party vibe.
