GET INVOLVED - BECOME A TRUSTEE

The Peel Centre is used by many community groups. Run by a Management Team on behalf of the Peel Centre Charitable Trust (CIO) it is a completely independent organisation.

We have plans to make improvements to the Grade II listed building so now is an exciting time to get involved. To help us on this journey we are looking for new Trustees to join the team and take the organisation forward.

No prior Trustee experience is required and our meetings are held once a month in the evening at the Peel Centre.

We have plenty of chairs and tables for use in our large upper hall.

This space is great for small scale performances as we have an electric piano, a sound system and lighting gantry.

Although our building is old we try to make our rooms as accessible as possible for you comfort and enjoyment.

Our upper hall can be accessed via a stairlift and we also have a large accessible toilet on the ground floor.

Our Thomas Taylor hall is perfect for craft groups.

It's a lovely bright space with plenty of natural light as well as ceiling lights.

There are plenty of electrical sockets and level access for bringing in all of your bits and bobs.

Tables are available from the storage cupboard in the room and you'll also have access to drink making facilities in the small servery.

You'll have access to a small servery with drink making facilities and car parking is available in the Civic Centre.

Right in the centre of Dronfield our Edward Lucas Hall is perfect for a one off event, weekly or monthly gatherings.

Access to this room is via stairs with a stairlift available. There is a servery with drink making facilities a music system and electronic piano.

This time next week the Barn Christmas market will be in full swing. It's a whopper so they're also using both of our large rooms. Come along and visit 21 traders at the Peel Centre then head over to the Barn to see the rest, approximately 50 in total.

Christmas is coming to the Peel Centre as we join forces with Dronfield Hall Barn to host Dronfield's biggest Christmas market. We're using both of our largest rooms which can be accessed via the main front steps, the side door (opposite the Dr's surgery) or the accessible entrance between the Peel Centre and The Blue Stoops.
