*Performers and Musicians Wanted - Festival Community Hub, Sedgley*

We’ve recently started a new low key laid back *SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE* for up and coming performers and musicians who want a performance opportunity with a small but really supportive audience! On a Saturday we usually have 40-60 people in our cafe bar with a variety of cobs and full drinks service on offer!

We’re looking for performers/musicians from 8pm till 10pm with roughly two 40 min sets…..it’s all very free and easy! If you want to split the night with a friend that’s fine too!

Over the last month we’ve had some simply brilliant nights! Thanks to Marilyn Hudson, Alex Blunt, Susie Colbourne, Claire Mclaughlin Neale, Carl Boucher, Kevin Grainger and friends!

We currently don’t have huge budgets at the moment but will cover your costs and keep you hydrated…..but depending on how it grows may allow us to stage bigger and better entertainment evenings! We just want to keep music and performers live!!!

Free admission to everyone!
These are not ticketed ‘show’ events and the bar is open to the public and residents as usual!

Thanks to everyone who came out last night to our first Saturday Night Live! Great to see over 60 people in the place….massive thanks to Mal and Mel…..community is what we do! Next week (2nd August) Suzie leads the entertainment so will be great to see you again!

Turning Fabric Chaos into Handmade Joy

I’ve got a huge stash of fabric—offcuts, old favourites, “I’ll use it one day” pieces —and I’m finally putting it to good use… with you!

Come join me for a fun, low-cost, hands-on workshop where we’ll turn my (slightly out-of-control) fabric pile into beautiful, handmade wreaths. No crafting experience needed—just a love of making things and a bit of curiosity.
