Although Mental Health Awareness Week has ended, it’s important to remember that mental health support is needed all year round.

Our latest blog highlights the impactful work of two social enterprises, The Challenge Academy and BF Adventure that are based in the West Midlands and South West respectively. It’s inspiring to see how they are providing vital support to those struggling with mental health issues through outdoor and challenging supported activities.

We’re proud to have invested in both inspirational organisations to help expand their reach to the people who need it most.

We try to cater for everyone's needs here at Challenge Academy so our Pick and Mix prices are for people who just want to come and get a taste for adventure on their own or with family and friends. You can't book these in advance but you can call us on the day (weekends and school holidays) and we'll let you know if we can fit you in.
