I’m looking for some help!!

I’m in desperate need of a driver who can help get me to and from my balloon events with all my gear and help setting up my pitch, as well as assisting in the takedown of my pitch and transporting my gear back home. This will roughly work out at being around an hour each way, so around 2 hours total.

This won’t be consistent work, it’s only if and when I’ve got events on, or if I’ve got deliveries to do. So flexabikity is desired. Most events are a morning start and an afternoon finish but there’s may be shorter events I require assistance for.

If anyone is interested in helping out please give me a message on here or message Jade Wadsworth to discuss this further including pay.

Preferably need someone for this weekend if anyone’s free 🙏

‼️ BOOKING INFORMATION ‼️

Having put a lot of thought over the last few weeks into my business and my hopes of what I wish to achieve in 2024, I have made some changes to my booking systems!

When booking for BALLOON MODELLING you will be presented with a contract covering all key details of the events, which will need to be read carefully, signed and returned to me before any booking is confirmed!

DEPOSITS!

For all bookings from now on I will be requiring a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure all bookings. No booking will be secured until this deposit has been received. The remainder of the balance must then be paid the day of the event upon my arrival.

CANCELLATIONS!

If you are to cancel your booking with me after I’ve received your deposit, unfortunately this won’t be able to be returned. If you are to cancel within 24 hours of the event, not only will you lose your deposit, but you will also be expected to pay the remainder of the balance, this will be agreed in a contract that will again need signing and returning before any bookings are confirmed.

I have also updated the list of services I provide as well as my price lists!! This will follow in a separate post ☺️

Such a busy week this week ahead!!

Thursday evening I am at The Rising Moon pub for their festive Christmas market doing my balloon modelling and making lots of Christmas creations!! From 5pm - 8pm

Saturday I’m again back at the rising moon pub for their second day of their festive markets, again with lots of Christmas creations for everyone to enjoy!! Same times as above 😊 come on up to see what’s going on

Then Sunday!! Very very busy day, starting with holding a stall at a presentation ceremony, then straight onto a private booking for a birthday party, then straight onto building a balloon stack for a little boys 10th birthday to be dropped off in the evening!!!
