Dulverton by Starlight yesterday was a big success. The committee would like to say a big thank you to all our Starlight sponsors, supporters, shops, stall holders and people of Dulverton.
A big thank you also to the volunteers to help organise the event throughout the year, help on the day and continue helping after the event.

Wow….Starlight lit up the dark skies after a tremendous day of festivities! Dulverton sparkled with energetic entertainers, sparkling shops, cosy cafe’s, creative crafts, naughty elves, fabulous food, candlelit Carols, Santa’s Grotto and of course the simply amazing fireworks! 🎅🏼

Thank you to everyone who decorated, volunteered, organised, donated, drove, sponsored, supported and, of course, came along and enjoyed! Starlight wouldn’t be possible without ANY of you!

When it comes to Xmas Pickles and Jams are a must you cant do better than maker Karens, she will have lots of products that celebrate the bountiful Autumn season made from both homegrown and foraged ingredients including Harvest Chutney, Apple and Blackberry Jelly, Quince Jelly, Crab Apple Jelly, lots of pickles and some gift ideas for those of you that like to get a head start on your Christmas shopping. Sip Shed - Lorne and Zara have both enjoyed over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry with their experience spanning all areas of the trade and areas of the UK. Yearning for a move back to the country and to build their own Cocktail business, The Sip Shed was born.
The plan was to create a range of Fresh Bottled Cocktails, home made in Devon which reflected local tastes with a seasonal twist and to promote and encourage personal creativity at home.

Latitude 50 Living is an independent gift and lifestyle business offering thoughtfully made and unique gifts.
The business started at the end of 2020, primarily selling our photographic ranges and, as time has moved along, our product range has evolved and expanded into the goodies you’ll find on our stall today. Our seeded stationery is helping to grow the love and our light hearted west-country paper goods and homewares aim to spread a dollop of joy.
As well as our in-house ranges, we source other beautiful and unique treasures that are of a high quality and created by other UK businesses, who care deeply and who have a similar ethos to ours. Lucy can’t wait to see you all and to join in with the magical event that is Dulverton by Starlight 2024.

Elizabeth Rose
Set up a year ago and is the result of years of careful observation, sketches and scribbles as I have explored the natural world. Based in North Cornwall I translate these into pen and ink drawings, which are mainly focused on critters of the furry and feathered variety that I have watched in the Westcountry. I also do small batch lino cut cards. Each one is individually printed and completely unique. I am a single use plastic free company.

This fabulous event wouldn’t be possible every year without the contributions of our shops, salons, cafes, restaurants, pubs and of course our sponsors. All parking is free for Dulverton by Starlight, but spaces are limited and it gets busy! We would really appreciate additional volunteers to help as Parking Marshalls - anytime between 2-6pm. If you can help, even for an hour, that would be amazing! Please message us and we will get back to you. There may even be a cake & hot drink in it for you 😜. xx
