Starting from July, we will be screening a range of different films on every available Sunday at the Denny Civic Theatre, Dumbarton. Our Family (U cert) matinees will continue monthly, but we will also be showing higher certificate films to appeal to a wider audience. Our film club members will soon receive an email with dates.

Best Acts provide quality entertainment and shows for events throughout Scotland and the UK as well as a dedicated “What’s On” directory for some fantastic night out or weekend away options. The company is based in Glasgow and was founded by established entertainer James Smart with 20 years experience in the entertainment business.

Best known for his Freddie Mercury tribute, "The Master" hypnotist show and for TV appearances over the years including Viva Variety, BBC Newsnight and his recent success with ScotSoul on BBC1's Saturday night entertainment show 'Pitch Battle', James' wealth of experience means he knows exactly what clients expect from their entertainers. All of the acts represented provide a superior show through reliability, quality, diversity, innovation, professionalism and talent, ensuring clients expectations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
