A really pleasant change this morning, I was honoured to be asked to judge the flower section at Johnstone parish show in its centenary year. A fabulous display of flowers, vegetables, baking, handicrafts and children’s classes. They Johnstonebridge folk certainly are a talented bunch. Head there this afternoon to see everything

We have just had our first delivery of Halloween Jellycat if you like Bartholomew bear dressed as a pumpkin or maybe a bat or even Ricky rain frog dressed as Dracula be quick cos they won’t stay on the shelves for long. It’s spooky how quickly they disappear!!

As the clock ticks towards the start of 2024 we would like to say a huge Thankyou to all the customers who have supported us this year. It means a great deal to us and

We are now taking 2 weeks off for our “summer” holidays. We will be back raring to go on Tuesday 16th January 2024.

Thanks to everyone who came along to our wreath making workshop at the Cairndale Hotel today. Your wreaths all look magnificent!. I would have posted pictures of the delicious afternoon tea and Prosecco but it was too tempting to not eat it all straight away 😀 If you would like to join us we still have another 2 classes which are this coming Wednesday and Sunday. What a week and what a venue, just like buses you wait for ages and then two come along at once. We had the pleasure of providing two lots of wedding flowers at Dumfries House this week. From the grandeur of the house, getting married amidst priceless fittings! To the fabulous reception pavilion it’s the venue of dreams.
