🐾 Mental Health Awareness Week – Finding Comfort in Animals 💚

As Mental Health Awareness Week continues, it’s a good time to recognise the little things that bring us comfort, including the animals in our lives.

Whether it’s a reptile quietly basking under a warm light, a dog wagging its tail, or a cat curling up beside you, they all have a special way of helping us slow down and feel grounded.
