Year-Round Marquee Maintenance Done Right 🛠️✨

These are the floorboards we sourced, sanded, stained, and varnished to perfectly match our client’s existing flooring in their own marquee at Elsick House – one of our valued yearly maintenance contracts.

Some boards arrived with damp damage, but we carefully dried them, sanded them smooth, applied a light brown stain, and finished with two coats of varnish for a rich, durable finish.

The result? A seamless match and a high-standard finish our client loved.

At our first Open Day of 2025 we’ll be showcasing our impressive range of marquees and event equipment. Whether you're planning a wedding, party, or corporate event, our team will be on hand to answer your questions. Haven’t we been on our adventures delivering this 6x12 clear-span marquee with polished sub-flooring for our customers 100 guest birthday party that’s being planned! 🎉

As you can see, there is a big drop in the garden, but this didn’t stop us from providing a solid base to allow for great space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Utilising their current hobbit like structure, we have linked the marquee to allow seamless access between them.

Kerosene heaters will also keep this space as cosy as can be!

Meet the newest member of our team, Sean McGregor! 🤝

Sean is starting his full time position in September and although marquee erecting isn't a recognised trade, he has certainly been put through his paces so far!

He has been with us for the season's working through key personnel on a temporary contract. In those 2 seasons, Sean has developed for labourer up to an experienced marquee erector.

Sean has also lead small crews on projects in a team leader position. Sean is currently working on achieving his class 2 HGV license which will add to his growing set of skills!

Eager and practical, Sean has been a welcome addition to the team. With Sean added this winter our maintenance program has seen excellent progress putting us in a great position for the season start in May!
