🚁 Rising View Takes to the Skies Over the Isle of Skye! 🌄

We had the amazing opportunity to fly our drones over a breathtaking hotel for sale on the Isle of Skye. 🌿✨ The views were unreal, capturing some of Scotland’s most iconic landmarks!

📍 Eilean Donan Castle 🏰 One of Scotland’s most photographed castles, this medieval fortress sits at the meeting point of three sea lochs. It dates back to the 13th century and has appeared in films like Highlander and James Bond: The World Is Not Enough! 🎬

📍 Kyle of Lochalsh 🌊 A charming village that’s the gateway to the Isle of Skye. It’s a popular stop for those traveling the scenic route around the northwest Highlands. 🚗🗺️ It offers stunning views across Loch Alsh and of the nearby Skye Bridge.

📍 Skye Bridge 🌉 Connecting the mainland to the Isle of Skye, this engineering marvel was opened in 1995. It’s now toll-free, making it easy for visitors to explore the rugged beauty of Skye! 🏞️

🌅🚁 What a day for the Rising View team! 🚗💨

We kicked off the day bright and early, leaving Dundee at 7am for a drone job in the stunning Ullapool, Scotland! 🏞️🌄 On the way, we made a quick pit stop in Inverness to charge up the electric car 🔋⚡️—eco-friendly all the way!

The drive through the Scottish Highlands was absolutely breathtaking. 🌲🏔️ Once we arrived, we captured some amazing aerial shots 🎥, followed by a peaceful walk around Ullapool. Oh, and you know we couldn’t leave without grabbing some classic fish and chips by the sea! 🐟🍟

After a 4-hour drive back, we finally got home at 7pm. 🕖 That’s a full 12-hour day for us! 🚀

It’s been a busy and exciting week at Rising View!

With the weather being a bit better this week, our drones have been out in full action, delivering top-notch services across the UK. What a day! 🤯 Started off in Dundee, flew from Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to London 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 for a drone job in… wait for it… *Calafornia*—not the state, but a place in Buckinghamshire, England!

After wrapping up there, I flew back to Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 only to drive down to Washington 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 for another job tomorrow morning. 🚗

The irony? Traveled from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 all in one day, and both jobs were in Calafornia and Washington—sounds like a USA trip, right? 🇺🇸 But nope, still in the UK! Just your typical day of globe-trotting without even leaving the country. 🌍✈️

I had the incredible opportunity to capture this stunning drone photograph of St. Andrews Cathedral in Scotland. 🏰 The image beautifully portrays the ongoing restoration work happening at this iconic historical site.

While the ruins of St. Andrews Cathedral are open for exploration, you'll notice the protective fences surrounding the walls of the Cathedral. These are in place to ensure safety during the restoration process. Additionally, a section of the graveyard and several unstable gravestones have been fenced off for the same reason. We want to preserve the site's historical significance while ensuring everyone's well-being.
It's heartening to witness the efforts being made to safeguard our heritage. Let's keep a watchful eye on this incredible restoration journey!
