Today while driving from one job to another, I saw this sight! At first I didn’t realise it was highland cows but they came over to pose for me!! Check out these handsome boys! Gotta love a golden hour photo ❤️

Yesterdays wedding was so crazy… Katie and Calum tied the knot at the beautiful Balbirnie House Hotel during the worst storm I can remember 😂😂 so many obstacles came up for them, trees falling on their guest bus (before it left the depot thankfully) suppliers unable to make it, traffic causing the celebrant to be delayed, a power cut, trees falling in the grounds of the hotel… but they amazed me with their determination not to let anything spoil their day!

Was without a doubt the most unique wedding I’ve ever done, candle lit drinks reception and a rave with a Bluetooth speaker and some mobile phone lights 😂😂

I’d like to thank all the guests who
Attended too, at some points the light was almost impossible for me to get focused but they pitched in and held up their torches behind me to help… what a brilliant team haha.

Sometimes in life challenges out of anyone’s control come up and we have to think outside the box to make it work, I’ve got to mention the staff at Balbirnie! I can’t explain how much pressure they were under and they worked with what they had to ensure the day went on. Well done everyone, I’m sure you’re all knackered today! Was also lovely to work with celebrant, Rich Gordon - Bagpipes, Saxophone and Guitar Erin Barclay Makeup and Skin

And to Katie and Calum, thank you both for having me, I truly had a brilliant day with you all. Wishing you both all the happiness in the world ❤️

Good morning everyone, and happy new year! I’ve been hibernating as I do every January haha. Resting my bones in preparation for another busy year!

This year I have some new bits and bobs up my sleeve, but the first one I wanted to share with you is my new logo! I’m in love with it! And am so excited to be moving forward with my business and moving with how my life has changed in the 15 years since I started my wee career!

There will be a lot of social media presence this year and some new ideas for photoshoots, different options for parties and events, lots of new stuff! I have lots of new equipment and things I want to play about and practise with so great opportunities to win free shoots to be my wee Guinea pigs!

But to start 2025 off with a bang I’m doing a fab competition! Numbers are £1 each! Winner will be selected at random! Numbers 1-300 available!

So a couple of friends and I have decided to make a TikTok page dedicated to the beauty of Scotland. I’ll be pushing my photography knowledge and skills to include some videography and editing while we visit cool places, eat delicious food and feed our souls in the process! Thanks so much to all of my loyal and fabulous customers! So many of you have been with for soooo many years now, I am such a lucky lady!

The last couple have years have been a bit challenging and disruptive to say the least, and there have been points where I’ve struggled a little more than usual, but you guys have stuck with me. You have no idea how much I appreciate it!

Thankfully, things have settled down loads for me and mine, we’ve moved house (for the final time) and got settled. We absolutely love it here!

I’ve go lots of new equipment and services coming in 2025, it’s finally time to take it up a notch! We’re making some subtle changes to the branding and just moving with my personality and life! Don’t worry though, I’ll still be little old me!

Honestly ending this year feeling so settled and blessed. Thank you all, and a Happy New Year when it comes ❤️
