Dear Show Attendees,

We hope you are ready for a magical experience! Today is the day—the much-anticipated performance of "The Little Mermaid on Ice" is finally here, and we can't wait to share the enchantment with you.



Firstly, a heartfelt thank you for booking your tickets to join us for this spectacular show! Your support means the world to us, and we're thrilled to have you as part of our audience.



Here are some important details to ensure you have the best possible experience:



1. **Sold Out Shows:**

Both the 12 PM and 4 PM shows are officially sold out! Your enthusiasm has made this event truly special.



2. **Seat Selection:**

Choose your seats on arrival—feel free to pick the perfect spot for your magical journey.



3. **Seating Arrangements:**

As the show is sold out, kindly avoid leaving single seats between you and others to maximize everyone's enjoyment.



4. **Children Under 2:**

For our littlest guests, children under 2 should sit on their parents' knees during the performance.



5. **Purchase Options:**

Programs, light-up toys, and more will be available for purchase. Limited refreshments will be provided, so feel free to bring your own snacks.



6. **Payment Methods:**

Please note that there is no cash machine on-site, but you can conveniently pay by card or contactless.



7. **Traffic Advisory:**

The venue is expected to be very busy on arrival and departure, so be sure to allow extra time for any potential delays. It can take 30-45 mins to get in and out the car park



8. **Mobility Assistance:**

Guests with mobility issues can use the side door at the north-west area of the car park for easy access to the arena seating or the wheelchair-accessible platform via the lift.



9. **Dress Warmly:**

The arena can be a bit chilly, so be sure to bundle up or bring a cozy blanket to stay warm during the show.



10. **Nearby Dining Options:**

If you plan to grab a bite before or after the performance, Nando's, Weavers Mill, KFC, and McDonald's are all conveniently located nearby. Due to the expected crowd, consider checking if reservations are necessary.



11. **Audience Participation:**

Sing along, wave your light-up toys, and cheer for our talented skaters as much as you'd like! This is a participatory performance meant for fun and enjoyment.

Need to change your ticket times? We've received a few inquiries on how to swap tickets from the 12 PM to 4 PM slot, or vice versa. Good news! We've made it easier for you to do it yourself. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Make sure you're using the desktop version, not the app. So, either log in from a laptop or desktop computer, or open any internet browser on your phone and visit www.eventbrite.co.uk . If you're on your phone, it might ask if you want to switch to the app or stay on the mobile site. Choose to stay on the desktop version.

2. Once you're logged in, navigate to "My Tickets." You'll find this option in the menu.

3. Look for the "Transfer" button and click on it. You'll see two choices: "Event" and "Ticket Type." Choose "Event."

4. Now, you can easily switch to the event you want to attend by selecting it from the available options.

We hope this handy guide helps you change your ticket times effortlessly.

Please change your tickets asap if you need to as we are almost sold out and may have to close sales / transfers soon.

Hi Everyone, today is the day! The rink is lit, the ice is ready, here’s some information to make your trip even more magical…
The ice rink address is Dundee Ice Arena 7 Dayton Drive DD2 3SQ

The ice rink car park can be quite precarious in bad weather, it also has queue build ups so arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to leave, there’s Nandos, McDonald’s, KFC and Weavers Mill in walking distance if you want to eat before or after the show to avoid the rush/queues in and out of the car park.

While the stands are not as cold as the ice they can still be chilly so bring cosy coats and blankets

There will be snacks, programmes, and some Christmas fun stalls available Most of the stalls are cash only but there is not cash machine in walking distance of the rink so please bring cash if you were planning to purchase anything

There’s also lots of opportunities to have your photo taken with characters at the end :)

And lastly bring your best singing voice! We will be playing all your favourites so please sit back, sing along, and enjoy Dundee Ice Show, Ice, Camera…Action :)

Our skaters have had such a successful day at the British Championship, Natasha firmly putting Dundee on the world skating map again!
