The best wedding venue in Essex!
We absolutely loved The Reid Rooms from the moment we first saw it and they were really reasonable in comparison to some of the other venues we viewed. They are very flexible and offer a couple of outdoor ceremony options.
We went for the meadow ceremony which was absolutely beautiful. The whole venue is so well decorated you do not need to add many extra touches.
Corinne was so helpful with all the questions we had in the run up to the wedding and our coordinator on the day, Lucy, was amazing at organising everything and helping the day run smoothly. We had the best day ever!

For Weronika and Joshua's evening food last night the family were able to add their own personal touches with a savoury table full of homemade breads dips and meats and a dessert table where if you had a sweet tooth you were in the right place. A wonderful evening of cultures and traditions and a few sleepy heads today

Today's ceremony took place in the Garden Pavilion and lots of guests here from Poland so the floor will be bursting with some interesting floor fillers tonight. The perfect venue
The Reid Rooms was the only venue my partner and I visited before booking for our big day.
The site itself is so beautiful, and the farmhouse for guests is charming and comfortable.
It ticked all the boxes for budget, appearance and service. Leading up to and on our wedding day, that service really came through as the coordinators helped us navigate complicated road closures and the loss of our waitress on the day itself.
Angie and Jill went above and beyond to ensure our wedding ran smoothly without causing any stress to ourselves, and Corinne has been fantastic at fielding endless emails with questions.
The team were amazingly flexible with my absolute determination to get married outside, despite very temperamental weather, and ran off their feet to make it happen as soon as the skies cleared.
I truly believe that choosing this venue is what made all of the build up and stress worth it, as our wedding day was absolutely stunning and (to us) felt like it ran like a dream, despite all the hiccups.
Thank you so much to the Reid Rooms team for giving us such a beautiful day.

Fantastic!
David is a great guy who listened to what we required on our special wedding day, was very responsive, and attended our needs well.
We chose for David to play music through our ceremony, and meal and then for the party in the evening.
A great touch was when England scored the equalizer via Switzerland and he played the song "It's Coming Home" which made everyone celebrate even more.
Unfortunately in the end it went to Spains' home but that was later. David listens to your needs, and plays the best floor fillers, 80s mixes, and all sorts to make it special.
What we liked was that he was attentive and as we were busy with all the other stuff a wedding requires to organize, he was always calling us first instead of us chasing to make sure he had everything right for the day.
I would not hesitate to book David if you're looking for a DJ for your wedding day. He is a great guy and knows what he is doing and has all the right equipment.
The Willows today is hosting a festival event and this open space can create the most memorable day for your special occasion.
