***** URGENT READ *****

Unfortunately due to unpaid orders (sweet cones being delivered & silly me not taking payment beforehand) we have not been paid and messages ignored!

We will now be taking payment before delivery, we do this with our cart hire, and now we will be taking payment when an order is placed for any sweet, floss or popcorn orders.

I am a small business and when I do not get paid for items I have purchased i.e. sweets, ink for stickers, the cones, the ribbon.
My time constantly chasing my time to deliver my time taking away from my children to make your item! Taking advantage of my kind nature is really unkind.

It's stealing!!! It's stealing money from my children's pockets, I work extremely hard and so I do not appreciate being stolen from. That's how it feels when you take an item and have no intention to make a payment or any intentions to reply to all of our messages.

So now I will be taking payment in advance.
The majority of our customers always pay in advance or on delivery and understand that being a small business it's not cheap for me to provide a service. Some ruin it for others!!!

Sorry to have to write the above but we are upset with how we have been treated.

The last few months here have been so full on.
I have finished all sweet orders, and all of our events for a while and taking the next 3/4 weeks out to spend with my family.

Next week I will be getting up to date on all of our admin, planning and making sure everything is ready for when we return at the end of August.

I will be available to answer messages and will keep uploading so we don't get lost in the socials and forgotten 😂.

In regards to bookings, I will be taking bookings for September and October just nothing for August. September has already had 2 bookings so don't delay.

As a Mum, my kids are only young once so it's important that I enjoy the summer holidays with them (fully all attention on them).

If anybody is wanting to book in candy floss tubs or sweet cones we are away for 3 weeks in August.
We are only home for a few odd days here and there.

So we will not be able to take any more bookings for the last week of August delivery’s.
We have availability for the 1st week only but this will go quick.

Sorry guys, our Etsy shop will also be on holiday mode. Sorry but we are in need of some long awaited family time.

The last 2 months we have been busy bees.
Weddings, birthdays, proms & graduation.

We are away most of August so get any bookings for the end half of the year booked in.
With out a deposit we will not hold any dates for you, unfortunately, now with all sweet cones and tub orders we will require a deposit as recently we have had orders placed and then left and not collected.

A farewell festival today for a cute little school that is closing down for good.
I felt so privileged to be asked to be a part of their farewell celebrations.

They had everything from farm animals, face painting, ice cream vans, bouncy castles & Spider man and barbie walking around.

We had our floss & pop duo which the kids and parents couldn't get enough of 😍
