☀️HOLIDAY NOTICE☀️

Craig will be on holiday from now until Thursday 8th August. He will reply to texts within 48 hours, but likely not answer phone calls. Hayley will be here to answer any social media requests and emails, so please use that as the first port of call. Please note that we don’t monitor messages 24/7 only on an adhoc basis.

Please be reassured the team are prepped and ready for any bookings during this time, with reserve people available if needed.

A quick note….

As we enter our busiest weekend to date, we will NOT be answering any emails, messages and calls from now and over the weekend. We are FULLY BOOKED and will be taking on no more jobs. Any future bookings we will email back your enquiries by Tuesday.

We have also have a change in admin. I would like to thank Michelle for the last year and good luck with your new venture! We therefore have a new lady starting but needs training first. This will of course take a few weeks/months so apologise in advance if everything is a little slower than normal!

Next week is the last week of term and Craig is extremely busy with inflatable set ups all day everyday and discos every evening. He is not being rude by not answering a call or text, it is difficult to do this on school premises, then evenings will be prepping for the next day.

….. not quite! Right mixed bag of weather over the last couple of days.

We are now hiring outside, moving into hopefully a lovely summer!

Its never too early to book with us. Just a £20 deposit secures any equipment you wish to book. The rest is payable on the day in cash or 5 days before by bank transfer or paypal.

If it does rain or the wind gusts are too high and we have cancel, we will look to change to a date convenient to you. Your deposit can be transferred to any booking within 12 months.

Today we set up our £299 takeaway party package in Lewsey Farm. Additionally to the DJ with party games the customer booked a Bouncy Castle and Softplay! Even the adults got involved playing a balloon game!

We cant stress enough about booking in as early as possible. Just a £20 deposit secures your date. We are trying our very best to fit any last minute enquiries in, but hall space is proving difficult. Please note that halls maybe available at the point of enquiry but until a deposit and booking form is returned the hall is not secured.

We also want to note that we are supplying parties at the weekends. If we don’t answer the phone or reply to emails/messages quickly, we will do so on Monday’s.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing customers – you’ve made 2023 our best year yet! Here is our year in number’s:

- we have delivered our services to 8 different counties
- Craig has DJ’d 168 times
- our most popular hired inflatable is the Fun Run, being hired 28 times
- we have delivered over 100 of our famous children party packages
- our most hired equipment is our candyfloss machine, where we have served over 3,500 portions
- with exception to Manshead, Queensbury and All Saints we have delivered a service to every school in Dunstable for the first time this year
- we again had The Dunstable Elf out every evening with Rotary Club of Dunstable covering the streets of Dunstable
- ‘React’ by Switch Disco has been our most played song of 2023. Being played 354 times

Craig’s final gig of 2023 will be The Highwayman, Dunstable this evening 9-1. Pop in and say hi!

We would like to also take this opportunity to thank other local business’s that have support us, and we have supported this year, as well as our staff members who do a fantastic job keeping our vision going into 2024!
