All of the food we prepare is made to our high standards with high-quality ingredients that are made the same day it will be served. We pride ourselves in being able to offer this quality service within a 25-mile radius from our business premises at Ashton Square, Dunstable. All of our menu items are prepared using only the finest ingredients from trusted local suppliers. Every member of staff is

fully trained in food service techniques and holds their Food Safety Hygiene in Catering’ certificate. We can tailor a menu around your favorite foods; supply you with a wide range of options. Please take a look at our sample menus with buffets starting from as little as £9.00

We invite you to visit our stunning venue, here near Buckingham featuring our beautifully decorated barn adorned with twinkling fairy lights, and see inside our elegant silk-lined marquee complete with chandeliers and festoon lights. You can also explore our two charming barns located just across the courtyard, which provide comfortable accommodation for you and your guests—both the barns and the marquee are included in your wedding day package.

Take a stroll through our Secret Garden at dusk and enjoy the ambiance of our Cocktail Bar, along with our exciting new feature located on the upstairs gallery. To enhance your experience, we will be serving a glass of fizz and delicious canapés from Lisa Roberts Catering, Award-winning catering team based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

Beautiful paella , bbq chicken and Aubergine bake today for 150 with some amazing salads and lemon tartlets. The weather suited this menu perfectly 🥂

Today we prepared and served a delicious Mediterranean style hot lunch for a local company feeding 150 people. They had Chicken Shawarma with salad Onion Bhaji wrap with mango salsa Spiced hoisin crispy duck with orange, pea-shoot and grapefruit salad -Tempura of zucchini with avocado tzatziki A selection of salads:-Tabbouleh -Red cabbage and apple slaw -Mixed leaves-Pomegranate and feta -Warm potato salad
