Beautiful paella , bbq chicken and Aubergine bake today for 150 with some amazing salads and lemon tartlets. The weather suited this menu perfectly 🥂

Today we prepared and served a delicious Mediterranean style hot lunch for a local company feeding 150 people. They had Chicken Shawarma with salad Onion Bhaji wrap with mango salsa Spiced hoisin crispy duck with orange, pea-shoot and grapefruit salad -Tempura of zucchini with avocado tzatziki A selection of salads:-Tabbouleh -Red cabbage and apple slaw -Mixed leaves-Pomegranate and feta -Warm potato salad

For the next 2 weeks we are extremely proud to be catering this event for the NHS . NHS England we will feed over 8000 staff at both the Bedford Hospital and the Luton Hospital.

Lovely birthday party today in Bedfordshire. They asked for a chicken and chorizo paella 🥘 with a selection of salads . We also provided a kids buffet . Great guest and a lovely atmosphere.

After what seems like weeks of training and finally my exam today in front of the guild, I’m absolutely thrilled that I’m now an official toastmaster. My training was with one of the most renowned guilds in the world. The Guild of professional and international toastmasters.

Our last wedding of the year yesterday at Winters Tale Country Barn for Alfa and Tom . Definitely one of the coldest days outside this year. Everyone looked amazing. Too busy to take lots of food pics but I did get this of our Vegan Mushroom Wellington .
We also served a beautiful Butternut Squash soup ideal for this time of year. Roasted maize fed chicken followed by warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
