Hello!! It's been a while, I'm so glad that spring is finally here in all its glory 🥰
I really struggled through the winter months and considered not selling any flowers this year, BUT mother nature has reminded me just how glorious and uplifting flowers can be.

Wedding flowers 💐

It's not been the easiest season for me this year but I'm very proud of the flowers I did for my sisters wedding last week.

Thankfully I was able to get some lovely flowers from to go with my own flowers.

We had an amazing day with family and friends 😍😍

The tulips are now finished for this year. These ones were a bit too weather beaten to sell, so I've left them for the honey bees to enjoy a bit longer 😊🐝🌷

Hello!! I've been very quiet on here for the last months but have been busy preparing for this season. We're finally enjoying some beautiful sunshine but it's still windy 🌬

Dahlias of 2021. It wasn't a great season for me, they were VERY slow to get going and most of them never made it into bouquets before my season was over. On the plus side I've been enjoying in the house and testing out vase life for next year. I'll be lifting and storing them soon.

Hello!! It's been a while since I posted anything 🙈 Life has been hectic since we went back to school and work at the start of August, coupled with some delightful colds and bugs in the last few weeks 🙄🤪.
The flowers have come to an end now and I'm so delighted with how my first season has gone. Thank you so much to everyone who supported my business in anyway this year ❤❤
I was honoured to do some wedding flowers for the venue for Sarah and Kirk in August 🥰

Exciting delivery in the post today! I've finally taken the plunge and bought some soil blockers! These will dramatically reduce my use of plastic, take up much less space, meaning more room for more seeds 🙌 If you've tried them and can offer any advice for the most success that would be much appreciated! ❤
Oh and definitely gave me the wee nudge I needed to make the purchase 😂

Back in May I took some dahlia cuttings. From one plant I got 10 cuttings!! Delighted to say I've now got 7 new plants who been potted on. I've no idea if they'll flower this year but hopefully I can winter them for next year.

Sweetpeas!! They have gone WILD in the polycrub and I'm trying to tame them tonight. Dot.com and Mrs Bernard Jones from have stolen my heart this year! They have produced masses of flowers and the stem length is still amazing despite them flowering on the 3rd or 4th stem!! If you know you know!!!

I saw a thread the other day about which flowers people just decided weren't worth growing anymore. I thought to myself it would be stocks for me. They've seemed to grow so slowly even in the polycrub and they only produce one flower spike and they're finished. Today I harvested them and they proved me wrong! The colours are glorious and the scent is sublime 🥰 They're on the list for next year 🤣

The next stage on the Cosmos journey is pinching out. This involves removing the dominate shoot to allow the side shoots to wake up and grow, creating a bushier plant with more flowers.

A visit to my parents now means a quick forage from mum's garden 🙈 Don't worry she's already been been rewarded with sweetpeas and she'll get plenty more blooms over the summer😅
Lupins have been featuring heavily on my newsfeed the last couple of weeks. They're not a flower I've ever given much attention to but I'm starting to see them in a new light...
