Imagine saying 'I do' in a setting as intimate as your love. Our Just You & Me Wedding Package is designed for couples seeking an intimate, secluded wedding.

Celebrate with just the two of you or why not share the experience with your family and friends. If you wish to add additional guests onto this package, we can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

This package is available Monday to Thursday.

All of the below for £850.
Included in this package;

- An intimate and secluded wedding ceremony in our intimate George Ridley Suite.
- Three course wedding breakfast including tea and coffee.
- Includes white table linen, napkins, glassware, and tableware.
- Chair sashes and table runners*
- Floating candles for aisle decoration and centrepieces.
- Two witnesses can be provided if necessary.
- Relax in our Old Red Row Room for your first night as a married couple, complete with a bottle of champagne and a full English breakfast on the day of departure.

Come explore our two beautiful venues. Our Orchard Marquee can accommodate up to 120 guests for the ceremony and 250 for reception. It's spacious layout and breathtaking countryside views make it the perfect backdrop for your special day. Our George Ridley Suite, featuring exposed stone walls and cosy fireplaces, offers an intimate setting for up to 60 guests.

Did you know we have accommodation onsite? We have a range of self catering cottages and luxury rooms available and will be open for viewings. Our whole estate can cater up to 40 guests.

Georgiana is a dedicated member of our Wedding and Events team at The Black Horse Beamish. With a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, she's committed to ensuring that every event and couple's special day is flawless. From the initial consultation to the final farewell, Georgiana is there to guide and support you every step of the way.

We caught up with Georgiana to learn more about her role and experiences.

“The Black Horse Beamish is a unique venue with stunning views and a beautiful marquee. Our team is dedicated to creating personalised wedding experiences, and we take pride in our delicious food and impeccable service.”

What’s Your Favorite Thing About Working at the Black Horse Beamish?

“It's a lovely place to come to, with a short commute. I get to work with a lovely, friendly, and supportive team – it's like a family. I also have my lovely husband working close by in the Car Barn. It's nice to see him in passing and I know he's only a short distance away for support if needed.”

“Also, it’s my pleasure and honour to be a small part in our couples wedding journey. My job is to take all the stress and make sure they have the best day ever.”

What’s Your Favorite Dish at the Black Horse Beamish?

“This is a hard question! I'm very lucky because I get to try all the food we serve. But for me, the mixed grill was a very pleasant surprise when I came as a customer with my husband for our wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend it.”

What Do You Like to Do Outside of the Black Horse Beamish?

“I am a very busy person with two young, beautiful children, which leaves me with not much spare time! I love spending time with my kids and family. When I do get some free time, I have a passion for cars and enjoy marshalling and attending car rallies. I also very much enjoy flowers and gardening, but don't get as much free time for that.”

Due to the current snowy conditions and unsafe road access to the Black Horse Beamish, we are unfortunately cancelling today’s wedding open day - the safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority.

But don’t worry! Our wedding showcase will still be going ahead tomorrow, Sunday 24th November, from 12pm to 6pm.
