PHOTOS & PRINTOUTS FROM THE PHOTOBOOTH AT BUTLER DAY

Photos from the photobooth at Butler Day, including the individual Photobooth photos and the printouts may now be viewed online at http://www.phoenixphotography.org/easter/butlerday2023/index.htm

You can order the photos securely online - the standard photos are 8"x6" and cost just £3.50 each (or £4 in a presentation mount). Extra copies of the printouts from the Photoobooth may also be purchased – these are £3 for two 6”x2” strips of the 4 photos. 10"x8" photos (unmounted) in black and white / colour cost £6 each. Digital files of individual photos may also be purchased for £10 per image.

The individual Photobooth images cost just £3.50 each for 8"x6" photos (or £4 in a fold over presentation mount), or 10"x8" photos without a mount for £6 each. The time has come to choose who you think should be nominated for our Butler Day Awards, including Biggest BNOC, Messiest Finalist and of course Butler's Best Couple! 🏖 WRISTBAND PAYMENT FOR NON-MEMBERS AND ALUMNI IS NOW OPEN 🏖

Payments will be done online this year and you will have received an email with the information you need.

You must pay BEFORE you collect your wristband but please remember that there is financial support available!

We will be releasing the collection dates and times shortly so keep an eye out!

Our Butler Day 2023 T-Shirts and Cups, designed by the wonderful Ruby Palin, are now ready to order with the form below!

T-Shirts will be £10 each
The design will have the new Butler Day logo on the front and will feature the line up on the back (although we’ll be saving that to show you in our upcoming Ents Reveal!)

CUPS:
Cups will be £2 each
Each cup holds a pint and features the new Butler Day Logo and theme on it.

When is Butler Day?
12pm - 2am on Saturday 3rd June 2023

Where is it held?
At college, with ents taking place across the whole site.

Do I have to sign up in advance?
Yes, it's quick and easy to do; JCR/MCR members go for free and non-members wristbands are £12.

Can I bring a guest or come back as alumni?
Yes, as long as you sign up using the form and pay the £12.

Can we enter the site without a wristband?
You will NOT be able to attend without a wristband and checks will be happening throughout the day. Livers-in are free to enter and leave the site as they please but will not be allowed access to the ents without a wristband.

What financial help is available for Butler students?
Financial support is available for Butler Students who are 1) a recipient of the Durham Grant Scheme OR 2) Have had appointment with Student Support regarding their financial situation.

Sign up for Butler Day (3rd June 2023) is now OPEN.

Please fill out the form linked below to register!

For JCR, MCR and SCR Members, Butler Day is FREE. Membership will be checked at wristband collection so please make sure if you’re not a member that you do sign up to pay.

For Non-Members, Alumni and Guests, this year tickets will be £12, in recognition that suppliers’ prices have gone up across the board, and by signing the form you commit to paying the fee when we open payments.
