We’re donating £5 from every booking we take to help raise funds for the Bassetlaw Hospital Emergency Village Appeal which is going to fund some pretty amazing things at our new ED including an outdoor play area for the children’s ward.

Need a last minute party idea or want a sleepover party to help your little ones celebrate end of school term?

We’ve got space this weekend and next weekend (this is our last available weekend in August). We may also be able to squeeze a couple more bookings in the first week of summer holidays.

We have a range of themes available including Harry Potter, Stitch and Taylor Swift inspired to name a few. Our tents are £25 each and your chosen date can be secured with a 50% non refundable deposit.

Last Christmas we were booked up every weekend throughout December and we’ve already got a few dates booked in for this year, so if your planning on booking us for festive sleepovers, we’d really recommend you book in sooner rather than later (Especially if you’re wanting your cheeky elf to bring a sleepover surprise ready for the 1st December) 🎄

We’re hoping to add another festive theme (we’re looking into The Grinch) to go alongside our Polar Express and Christmas theme and we’ll give them both a make over to make them even better.

To secure Christmas dates, we just ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit now and the rest can be paid before your sleepover 😊

We’re going to be at the Clarborough Primary Summer Fayre tomorrow and we’d love to meet you if you’re going.

It was really important to us when setting up The Slumber Sisters that we could be as affordable as possible because as parents, we know how expensive birthdays and parties can be!

We’ll always try our best to keep our costs as low as possible but here is some information about our prices.

Our tents are £25 each, this includes everything for your chosen theme including the tent, bedding, mattress and all the finishing touches. We ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure your date.

We also have a damage waiver deposit payable on setup which is then returned when we come to collect so long as no damage is made. We know accidents happen, but this is just to support us to be able to replace any equipment that gets broken.

Our key areas are Retford / Beckingham, but we are more than happy to travel but mileage fees will occur for outside of our main areas. We’ll agree this with you upon booking.

Our festive themes last year included:

🎄Generic Christmas (which was the most popular)

We’d love to add another festive theme this year to our collection and need your help to decide!

Do we go for The Grinch? Nightmare Before Christmas maybe? Elf on the shelf? Or do we go for another generic theme?

If you’d like to secure your Christmas dates we’d recommend you get in early as we were booked out near enough every weekend last year.

One of our most frequently asked questions, is how much space do I need?

The tents are bigger than you think but we’ll always do our best to help find away to fit them in, but here are some helpful measurements to help you prepare (please note we do ask if you need to move furniture to try do this before we arrive, depending how many tents and if we’ve been able to work it for us both to come, it can take between 30 minutes - 1 hour to setup so it really helps us to setup as fast as possible)

Mid week bookings are available but we’ll need as much as notice as possible so we can work set ups/ take downs around childcare and work.

Bassetlaw Hospital holds a very special place in our hearts and we want to do our bit to help raise some funds towards the Bassetlaw Hospital Emergency Appeal which is going to make a huge difference to so many people.

As parents, the return of 24 hr paedatric care is a huge deal for our community and the appeal focuses on funding a number of projects for the Childrens Assessment Unit, including an outdoor play area.

For every booking made between now and September 2024, we’ve decided to donate £5 to the Bassetlaw Hospital Emergency Village Appeal ❤️. We know we wont raise loads, but every little helps!
