We did a great one to one session with the lovely Jodi last week and look what she created! We went through how to layer and ice her Victoria sponge cake and how to decorate it in a way that she could replicate at home and alter to suit the different members of her family for birthdays and other occasions.

She brought along her own piping nozzles and we had fun showing her how to use them in different ways to create alternative piping designs. It was great to get to know Jodi and help her develop her own style and give her the confidence in her own abilities. She was such a fantastic pupil and and absolute pleasure to teach!

Pop in for a chat or book a consultation to start your journey to the perfect wedding cake! Since 2008, we have been creating cakes for every occasion and have crafted over a thousand celebration cakes, with more than 250 of those being wedding cakes. We have a wealth of baking experience and a passion for design, and we would be thrilled to help you bring your dream cake to life.

Consultations are £25 which includes drinks for 2 and 5 samples of cake. And if you go ahead with the order we will refund the cost of the consultation.

We had a lovely surprise visit from Pat & Brian last week to let us know how much they loved their cake! It was so nice to hear how the cake was received and how much everyone admired the look and the taste. And it's especially touching when someone makes the effort to actually visit us in person to share the good news. So thanks Pat and Brian; you really made our day!

I love a bed cake 😍 They are so much fun to make and all the little bits and pieces around the room are so interesting, as they say so much about the recipient! It's actually quite close to what I worked on in my final piece for my Fine Art degree. How our possessions say so much about who we are and what matters to us! I guess that's why I was always a fan of "Through The Keyhole"! "Who would sleep in a bed like this?" Tracey Emin would be proud 🤣

Children's Easter Cupcake Decorating Class
Tuesday 8th April 11am- 12.30pm £16

Get creative this Easter with 4 cupcakes to ice and decorate in a spring-time/Easter theme. We will demonstrate how to ice your cupcakes in different ways, making rabbits and chicks to adorn them along with other seasonal ideas, which the children can copy or use their own creativity to come up with unique designs. We will provide you with all the equipment you need; icing, colours and sprinkles to make their creations and presentation boxes to take them home in.
Discounts are available for siblings and multiple bookings
Suggested age 4-12yrs.

I love a pretty pink drip cake with fresh flowers and macarons! Who doesn't love a macaron? The home made kind are so much better than the ones you can buy in the supermarkets. Even M&S or Waitrose are not a patch on a home made macaron. Try them yourself, they aren't as difficult as they may seem!

In this session Helen will show you how to pipe beautiful buttercream flowers onto your cupcakes and assemble them into an attractive bouquet, perfect for a unique gift! All materials and equipment will be provided including cupcakes and a hot or cold drink, we just ask you to provide your own apron. You will take home your beautiful bouquet of 7 flower cupcakes in a box provided by us.

We will be making the super cute little heart shaped cakes and gorgeous cupcake bouquets for Mother's Day. Book now for collection on Saturday 29th of March or it's £10 extra for delivery (local only) on Mother's Day.

Heart cakes are £35 and Cupcake Bouquets are £45.

The Heart cakes serve 6-8 and you have a choice of Victoria sponge (vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and jam or chocolate cake (layered with white chocolate buttercream). Just let us know what message you would like on the top!

The cupcake bouquets have 7 cupcakes which will all be vanilla flavour.

Collections will be from 10am - 4pm on Saturday 29th March from our shop on South Street, Eastbourne. Deliveries will be Eastbourne area only and from 10am to 12pm on Sunday 30th which is Mother's day.

Booking is essential and last date for orders will be Monday the 24th March.
