January wrap up!

What a start to the year! 2025 started with a boom- just the way we like it!

A busy month for the team with lots of venue finding - everything from a boat trip down the Thames, to historic venues in Gothenburg to Tower of London and Mayfair clubs!

Plus of course conferences, training and expos all over London and UK 🇬🇧

We had some great client lunches in London and Birmingham. Fun 🤩 team nights out and our kick off meeting.

Today we were busy exploring venues on the outskirts of Birmingham in Edgbaston.

For those who want to be close to Birmingham city centre but have access to greener areas and free parking - this area is a great option.

Amongst those we saw were stadium. Fantastic flexible meeting space including a large suite which can hold 400 cabaret and has 3 bars and its own private pitchside terrace. There’s also a large Expo hall and a range of event spaces and pitch view Directors boxes for smaller meetings.

has 180 spacious bedrooms, 3 separate buildings housing meeting space. Large well lit pretty catering spaces and a whole range of well equipped modern meeting rooms with inclusive AV. Surrounded by free parking and gardens.

After the Apex hotel it was over to the Doubletree by Hilton London - Tower of London. Great meeting space with a lovely open foyer for refreshments. The meeting space can be bigger rooms or broken down for syndicate space. Up to Savage Garden on the roof for some seriously good views of London! Great location.

Another venue from our visits last week. The stunning Apex City of London Hotel. Beautiful bar/restaurant The Lampery. Great meeting space and an overall lovely vibe to the hotel. Get in touch to find out more!

We had a great day in London yesterday. Niki was delighted to be asked to speak at the London Revenue Managers Forum at the Andaz.

Our relationships with venues and their teams’ is vital to what we do. The way we can negotiate the best rates and find the best venues for our clients.

We are delighted and excited to be welcoming Melissa Nash to The Conference People family to support our busy venue finding team. Melissa joins us with a wealth of venue and venue finding knowledge after working for many years with another venue find agency Conference Care and also in venues for IHG.

A great site visit today at

Fantastic location close to Heathrow and M25 set in gorgeous gardens and grounds.

Multiple super chic and smart meeting and event spaces including an impressive ballroom for 300 cabaret.

Loved the orchid room for a really pretty light PD for 60 with a private terrace. Stunning presentation throughout.
