In 3 weeks time Steelhouse will open its gates. That opening day will be named where we'll all have the opportunity to celebrate the life and times of the great Bernie Marsden.

An ensemble of Bernie's musical collaborators and friends - THE BERNIEFEST ALL-STARS - will honour his incredible musical legacy - it will be unique, it will be emotional. So it seems fitting that we make some unique merchandise available to mark the occasion. All proceeds from sales of these items will benefit The Trussell Trust, a favoured charity of Bernie's and chosen as the Steelhouse 2024 charity by his wife, Fran.

SO COME ON, feast your eyes on this - printed in the shadow of the blue(s) - what else, the exclusive BERNIEFEST t-shirt.

Along with the shirt, our friends at Mascot Label Group have kindly contributed a limited run of Bernie postcards which were signed by the man himself at the time of the release of his album, 'Shine'.

Both the t-shirt and the postcard are limited and available to purchase at Steelhouse this year.

Let's do this for the man, his music and charity he supported.

CALLING ALL CAMPERVANS, MOTORHOMES, CARAVANS & TRAILER TENTS!!

YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS! IT'S TIME FOR THE POST THAT SAYS 'ARRIVE ONE EVENING EARLY'!

SO, WOULD LIKE TO ARRIVE AT STEELHOUSE ONE EVENING EARLY?!

If so, please read the following carefully.
• Do you have a ‘purpose built’ live-in vehicle? (No cars or vans with mattresses in!)
• Have you purchased your Campervan PERSON tickets as well as your ARENA tickets in advance?
• Can you be ‘self-sufficient’ until the Arena opens?
• Can you arrive on the mountain between 6-9pm on Thursday 25th July 2024?

If you can say ‘YES’ to ALL OF THE ABOVE then come on up!

STRICTLY NO NON LIVE-IN VEHICLES!! ALL CAMPERVANS MUST HAVE EMPTY WASTE TANKS UPON ARRIVAL!! NO DUMPING WASTE AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE!!

Once again, we are allowing Live-In Vehicles access to the Live-In Vehicle site on the evening of Thursday 25th July between the hours of 6pm and 9pm ONLY.

9PM IS THE ABSOLUTE STRICT CUT-OFF for arrival. Gates will be shut at this time. No vehicles will be able to drive off-site after you have pitched up.

Please respect that this facility is aimed at improving traffic flow for EVERYONE over the weekend, so you can all arrive, get set up as soon as possible.

Live-In Vehicles should ensure they are self-sufficient as there will be no access to the arena or amenities until the arena opens the following day. As the festival site is on a working farm, with no open facilities, please ensure you have FILLED UP WITH WATER and EMPTIED YOUR WASTE prior to making the trip up the mountain, to keep the requirement for these facilities during the weekend to a minimum.

ANY NON LIVE-IN VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ACCESS TO THE SITE OR WILL BE ALLOWED TO QUEUE ON THE ACCESS ROAD UNTIL 12 MIDDAY FRIDAY, 26TH OF JULY - Thank You!!

Finally, no free standing tents can be set up in the Live-in/Campervan site. This is for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Hey folks,

5 weeks today we will be paying homage to a legend.

The first night of Steelhouse 2024 is , celebrating the life and musical legacy of the great Bernie Marsden.

Both men with him in these pictures, Jim Kirkpatrick and Hand Of Dimes frontman, Neville McDonald will be fronting Bernie’s live core band with the addition of Bernie’s original Whitesnake bassist, Neil Murray with guests including Luke Morley, Chris Buck, FM official’s Steve Overland, Toby Jepson and Elles Bailey.

Bernie wrote an incredible catalogue of songs with David Coverdale whilst in Whitesnake/David Coverdale. He also gave us some fantastic solo work and played with so many incredible musicians.

The BernieFest All-Stars set will be emotional and full of song power. They’re working on the setlist now, the question is what would YOU like to hear in that unique set of Bernie Bangers!

It’s . So this week is all about them. If you volunteer then a massive horns up to you.

We’d like the celebrate our fine, fine Steelhouse troop - the very best in the land. They build, they fence, they cook, they empty bins, they put your wristbands on, they smile, they do so much more in every single department, they want you to have to best time you can possibly have at a festival on a mountain in Wales. They are our rock and foundation. Please give them a smile back when you see them this year.

To the ones we have, to the ones we’ve lost and will hold in our hearts forever, we thank you from the bottom of them.

With it being Mental Health Awareness Week we thought it timely to share this with you - the people that made this happen through your kindness and compassion.

We were immensely pleased to hand over £4884.88 on your behalf to our brilliant local men’s mental well-being organisation, You’re Never Alone.

Thank YOU for buying the special edition t-shirts, the Steelhouse keyrings and entering the Ginger Wildheart guitar lottery. Altogether you’ve raised enough money to make a really rather significant and direct impact on what the chaps at YNA are able to do.

SH2024 LINE-UP ANNOUNCEMENT!!

The Zac Schulze Gang have been given the golden opportunity to tour the US of A with Samantha Fish in July and August and therefore won't be able to make Steelhouse this year... We totally understand they've got to go for it and wish them all the very best!

BUT, fear not, we've only got the Big Truck ready to roll up that hill. YES, Ireland's finest 18-wheeler, the mighty Trucker Diablo have stepped up and will open Steelhouse 2024!!!

Anyone who's witnessed them will know what a full throttle live beast this band are - pretty much the perfect rock festival openers!

Where would we be without the trailblazing music you've given to the world and continue to do so. We're all in this rock thing together after all.

We're looking forward to welcoming stellar English acts, South Of Salem, Elles Bailey, Creeping Jean, Oli Brown and Dan Byrne to the Mountain this year.
