We have amazing news! The Once Upon A Princess Ball is going ahead! 🥹🩷🏰🎄✨

📆 Sunday 1st December 2024

🥞 10am-12pm (breakfast)
🍰 1.30pm-3.30pm (afternoon tea)
🍰 5pm-7pm (afternoon tea)

We haven’t had the full numbers just yet but we don’t want to let you guys down. Please spread the word! It would mean a lot to us. For this reason, our prices will be:

Adult - £35
Child (2+) - £35
Baby in high chair - £17.50

I know we shouldn’t have to explain but do usually get messages asking - we have a high room hire as it’s a wedding venue, high food prices, we have to pay over 8 princesses for a full day, we decorate the room and the tables & each child will receive a fully wrapped gift and certificate.
In our opinion it’s worth so much more and if you’ve been you will appreciate this 🩷

Tickets include -
🍰🥞 a full breakfast / afternoon tea for adults & children with table cloths, cutlery, candelabra’s, drinks & service. The bar will be open throughout the night too
👑 High quality princess entertainment to all tables with grand entrances
📸 Photograph opportunities with ALL princesses
🎁 A wrapped gift & certificate per child

We are now asking that if you want to book, you will be put on a waiting list. If we decide we have enough customers wanting to book this year we can go ahead 🩷 Please understand we can only go ahead with this event with the correct numbers due to it being a more expensive venue & food being higher this year.

Event details:

📆 Sunday 1st December 2024
🕰️ 10am-12pm 1.30pm-3.30pm 5pm-7pm
1 breakfast slot & 2 afternoon tea slots 🥞🍰

Prices will be £35 per child (aged 2+) & £35 per adult

👶🏼 Babies aged 1 and under needing a high chair will be £17.50 due to taking up a seat at the table

The venue has put its prices up this year and our outgoings are larger for this event. We want to be able to ensure the event is super magical and not have to cut back on anything.
We never normally charged for Santa Claus, he was just a magical extra.

This year Santa Claus will NOT be attending.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS for our Pop Club event you should know before booking:

- This event is only suitable for ages 3 and above. It’s a 2 hour event and there will be waiting times to meet Santa. Children under 3 may get restless.

- You MUST bring a paying child to gain entry into the event. That’s the only way you can bring a baby for free.
Babies entering for free / not walking will NOT receive a gift from Santa Claus.

- All adults must purchase a ticket to gain entry and we will be checking all children and adults have a ticket upon entry.
We lower the cost of childrens tickets due to having to charge for adults. We have limited space and have to account for everyone.

- No children will be allowed to run around to touch the decor. It’s a structured event following the characters. Children must be joining in with the show or sat with their grown ups.
Last year we did have customers that found this upsetting but we do try to warn customers before the event as we have to prevent injuries and account for all children etc.

- There will be a wait time for Santa Claus or you may meet him first. We do it in groups whilst having other activities around the room. Every year we try to get better at this but there’s no avoiding it unfortunately.

- There will be no high chairs available and we do ask customers not to bring prams or anything that will obstruct. There is limited space due to decor.
